Makrofol MA507 1-1 560004 is an extrusion film based on Makrolon® polycarbonate.

Makrofol MA507 1-1 560004 comprises excellent transparency, high optical quality and impact resistance. The typical application is thermoformed packaging with a blue tint for EtO, steam and gamma sterilization. Each new cycle of sterilization with high-energy radiation may result in an increased yellowing of material.

Makrofol MA507 1-1 560004 is available in various standard thicknesses from 0.020 ” to 0.030 ” (500 microns to 750 microns). Other thicknesses are available on request. The surface combination of Makrofol MA507 1-1 560004 is both sides gloss without masking. As with any product, use of Makrofol MA507 1-1 560004 in a given application must be tested (including but not limited to field testing) in advance by the user to determine suitability.
