Product Availability Product Description
MHCompounds PFA 12 Asia Pacific
Perfluoroalkoxy alkanes or PFA are fluoropolymers. They are copolymers of tetrafluoroethylene and perfluoroethers. Melting points range from 295 to 310 C. Compared to FEP, the copolymerization composition ratio of the comonomer content is small, and PFA has a chemical structure that is close to PTFE. Therefore, PFA has a higher melting point and higher heat resistance than FEP. Application PFA 12 is used for general-purpose plastics extrusion processing, mainly used for cable insulation wire, multiconductor cable sheath, etc.
MHCompounds PFA 16 Asia Pacific
Perfluoroalkoxy alkanes or PFA are fluoropolymers. They are copolymers of tetrafluoroethylene and perfluoroethers. Melting points range from 295 to 310 C. Compared to FEP, the copolymerization composition ratio of the comonomer content is small, and PFA has a chemical structure that is close to PTFE. Therefore, PFA has a higher melting point and higher heat resistance than FEP. Application PFA 16 is mainly used in the aviation, aerospace, and chemical industry. It can be utilized for faster cable extrusion; it is more economical for most purposes without stress cracking resistance.
MHCompounds PFA 2.5 Asia Pacific
Perfluoroalkoxy alkanes or PFA are fluoropolymers. They are copolymers of tetrafluoroethylene and perfluoroethers. Melting points range from 295 to 310 C. Compared to FEP, the copolymerization composition ratio of the comonomer content is small, and PFA has a chemical structure that is close to PTFE. Therefore, PFA has a higher melting point and higher heat resistance than FEP. Application PFA 2.5 is used for mainly used for piping, pumps, valves, tank linings, diaphrams, joint parts, bearings, etc.
