Celstran® CFR-TP PPS CF60-01 Afrique & Moyen-Orient
PPS (polyphenylene sulfide) continuous fiber (uni-directional) reinforced thermoplastic composite tape, 60% carbon fiber by weight. Celstran® CFR-TP PPS CF60-01 is a 60% carbon fiber by weight PPS (polyphenylene sulfide) continuous fiber (uni-directional) reinforced thermoplastic composite tape. This material exhibits a high strength-to-weight ratio, excellent chemical and flame, smoke, and toxicity or (FST) performance, and long-term heat stability. It is well suited for aerospace, oil/gas, sporting goods and industrial applications where demanding weight, chemical and FST performance is necessary. Alternate tape widths and thicknesses may be available.

Polyphenylene Sulfide continuous fiber (uni-directional) reinforced thermoplastic composite tape, 60% E-Glass fiber by weight. Celstran® CFR-TP PPS GF60-01 is a 60% E-glass by weight PPS (polyphenylene sulfide) continuous fiber (uni-directional ) reinforced thermoplastic composite tape. This material exhibits a high strength-to-weight ratio, excellent chemical and flame, smoke, and toxicity or (FST) performance, and long-term heat stability. It is well suited for aerospace, oil/gas and industrial applications where demanding chemical and FST performance is necessary. The E-glass fiber offers a lower cost solution as compared to other PPS materials reinforced with S-glass. This material is available in natural and black colors. Alternate tape widths and thicknesses may be available.

Fortron® 1115L0 Afrique & Moyen-Orient
Fiberglass reinforced with high melt strength for blow molding & extrusion applications Fortron® 1115L0 is a 15% fiberglass-reinforced grade of polyphenylene sulfide with high melt strength suitable for blow molding and extrusion applications. The recommended processing conditions are similar to those of our standard grades, except drying conditions are somewhat milder at 80 to 100 C for 3-4 hours.

40% Glass reinforced extrusion grade, strong and tough, V-0 Fortron 1140L0 is a 40% glass-reinforced extrusion grade. It exhibits excellent heat and chemical resistance, good electrical properties and is inherently flame-retardant. The high hardness and rigidity at elevated temperatures allows for good load bearing performance. This product has good weldability due to the modest filler level. 1140L0 is used to produce rods and slabs.

Applications made of this grade are electronical components (i.e. bobbins, lamp housings, brush holders) and various other components requiring strength and resistance to aggressive chemicals (i.e. automotive heaters, pumps, valves, fuel rails, microwave oven rings and distillation column packings).

The recommended processing parameters are similar to the standard grades.
Fortron® 4665B6 Afrique & Moyen-Orient
65% Mineral/Glass, high CTI, low warpage, good electrical properties Fortron 4665B6 offers a high Comparative Tracking Index (CTI) for application requiring resistance to high voltage. The product exhibits good heat and chemical resistance as well as good electrical properties. This grade is also inherently flame-retardant. Due to the balance of mineral and glass fibers the warpage is very low. Applications include electronic components (i.e. lamp sockets, housings and position frames).
Fortron® 6150T4 Afrique & Moyen-Orient

Fortron® 6160B4 Afrique & Moyen-Orient
60% Mineral/Glass reinforced PPS for electrical applications to reduce contact corrosion. Fortron 6160B4 has excellent heat and chemical resistance as well as good electrical properties. This product is inherently flame-retardant and offers high hardness and rigidity. 6160B4 has demonstrated excellent performance in hot runner systems and superior contact corrosion resistance. Applications include electronic components (i.e. molded in lead frames, contacts or pins).
