The mixture is then poured into a mold or other form (apply release agent if necessary). The mixture will expand many times original volume (depending on which FOAM-iT!™ product you are using) and develop a uniform cell structure. FOAM-iT!™ 3, 4, 5, 10, 15 and 26 have a handling time of about 20 minutes and reach full cure in 2 hours. FOAM-iT!™ 4 Black is pre-pigmented to a very deep black color. FOAM-iT!™ 10 SLOW is a 10 lb. density foam with a long, 3.5 minute working time, taking 1 hour to reach handling strength and 4 hours to cure. FOAM-iT!™ 10 SLOW is designed for large-pour industrial, art-related and special effects applications. FOAM-iT!™ 8 is a unique, self-skinning foam with a finer, more uniform cell structure than the other FOAM-iT!™ products. FOAM-iT!™ 8, 15 or 26 can be cast in blocks as a machinable prototype modeling board. All FOAM-iT!™ products can be used as a straight casting material, backfill material for hollow castings (adds structural strength) or as an encapsulation material, etc. They can be color pigmented with SO-Strong™, UVO™ or IGNITE™ colorants and are used for a variety of art/craft, industrial design and special effects applications.

PMC® 724 Africa & Middle East
Used by artists and industry the world over for a variety of design, casting and special effects applications, PMC®-724 is by far the most versatile urethane rubber compound available on the market today. It is inexpensive, mixes and pours easily, and will cure to a durable rubber with negligible shrinkage. Low viscosity ensures flawless pick-up of even the finest detail with minimal bubble entrapment. PMC®-724 PUTS YOU IN CONTROL! Using optional ‘Part D', you can thicken PMC®-724 to a paste-like consistency for vertical surface brush-on applications or for getting into those hard-to-reach undercuts. If you like to work with a more flexible rubber, optional ‘Part C' (SO-FLEX®) is available to soften PMC®-724 all the way down to a Shore A6. Typical applications include reproducing sculpture (lost wax process), creating special effects, making fiberglass panel & part molds, on-site architectural restoration and new construction molds. A variety of colors and special effects can be achieved by adding SO-Strong® urethane colorants. Important: This rubber will last and perform in production, often for hundreds of castings (depending on what you are casting into the mold). It also exhibits good physical properties and chemical resistance. But PMC-724® does not have a long "library life". Molds will soften and revert to a liquid within 2 - 5 years, depending on exposure to moisture. Smooth-On makes many different mold rubbers that offer a very long library life (25 years and more depending on application). Contact Smooth-On for information about its complete line of silicone and polyurethane mold rubbers.

These plastics are easy-to-use (mix ratio is 1A:1B by volume) and have low viscosities for minimal bubble entrapment. Vibrant colors are possible by adding SO-Strong™ color tints or Ignite™ color pigments. These semi-rigid plastics are good for making impact resistance prototypes, abrasion resistant parts, climbing holds, foundry patterns, roller facings, vibration pads, etc.
Smooth-Cast™ 57D Africa & Middle East

Smooth-Cast™ ColorMatch® 325 Africa & Middle East
The Smooth-Cast™ 325, 326 & 327 ColorMatch™ Series plastics are fast-cast resins that were developed specifically for adding color pigments and fillers to achieve true color representation or filler effect. The ColorMatch™ Series is formulated "color neutral". Small amounts of pigment will yield accurate, vivid colors from cured castings using So-Strong™, UVO™ or Ignite™ colorants. The ColorMatch™ Series offers the convenience of a 1A: 1B mix ratio by volume and has a very low viscosity. Demold times range from about 10 minutes to 2-4 hours (depending on product, mass and mold configuration). Note: Large mass castings will get very hot and shrink more, depending on mold configuration. The ColorMatch™ Series also readily accept fillers (such as URE-FIL™ 3 from Smooth-On). Because of its neutral color, Smooth-Cast™ 325 is ideal for creating marble and wood grain casting effects, or duplicating the look of real metal by adding bronze, brass or other metal powder. Applications for the ColorMatch™ Series plastics include making pigmented prototype models or figures, special effect props, reproducing small to medium size sculptures, decorative jewelry, etc.
