Techsil® 1382 Europa
Techsil silicone elastomer 1382 is a ready to use, one component adhesive/sealant product that is suitable for a wide variety of bonding and sealing applications. Techsil 1382 cures by absorbing moisture from the atmosphere to form a tough flexible elastomer. The cure by-product of Techsil 1382 is classified as neutral and non-corrosive to metal surfaces, however there may be a slight discolouration at the surface when cured on or close to copper. Techsil 382 offers excellent adhesion to a wide variety of substrates, particularly plastics, without the use of a primer. For applications that require a primer, Techsil 1382 works particularly well with AP 134.
Techsil® 1387 Europa
Techsil 1387 series silicone elastomers are one component, self-levelling, room temperature curing products. This series of products are designed for use on electronic assemblies or any other applications that require primerless adhesion and non-corrosive cure by-products. Techsil 1387 series feature excellent flow and self-levelling characteristics and are available in Black, White and Translucent. Typical applications include but are not restricted to electronic conformal coatings, form-in-place gaskets and general bonding of metal and/or plastic components.
Techsil® IS803 Europa
TECHSIL IS803 is a ready to use, one part room temperature vulcanising (RTV) elastomer, which cures on exposure to moist air to give a permanently elastic rubber. TECHSIL IS803 has excellent temperature resistance in its cured state. It is recommended for industrial applications where a high modulus sealant with good adhesive properties is required. Key Features - Good Electrical Insulation. - Resistance to ageing, weathering, ozone and corona. - Resistance to oxidation and many oils, chemicals and solvents. - Excellent bonding to a wide range of substrates. - Flexibility from -60°C to +300°C.

Techsil IS808 is a ready-to-use adhesive sealant paste that cures on exposure to air to a resilient silicone elastomer. Its combination of ease of application, excellent adhesion, durability, versatility and good electrical properties has established Techsil IS808 for applications in every type of industry. Techsil® RTV10533 Europa
TECHSIL RTV10533 one-component, ready-to-use, adhesive/sealant is a flowable consistency product specially developed for applications where high strength is required. On exposure to atmospheric moisture at room temperature this product cures to a very tough, durable, resilient silicone rubber. TECHSIL RTV10533 utilizes an acetoxy cure system, releasing small amounts of acetic acid vapours from the sealant during cure. Techsil® RTV1084G Europa
1084G is a non-corrosive, 1-part, room temperature vulcanising (RTV) silicone rubber. It is one of a new family of products called acetone cure sealants that are solvent free. It exhibits excellent primerless adhesion to many substrates. The product is cured rapidly in contact with atmospheric moisture to a tough rubber. It does not corrode copper or its alloys and exhibits excellent primerless adhesion when fully cured. Techsil RTV12120 is a one-component, fast cure, non-corrosive silicone adhesive sealant that cures on exposure to atmospheric moisture to form an elastic silicone rubber. RTV12120 has excellent corrosion-free adhesion to metals, including copper, plastics, ceramics, glass, etc. without the use of primers. It is suitable for mould making of intricate patterns with extremely good pick up of fine details. Softer grades are better suited for us where there are deep undercuts. Techsil® RTV27844 Europa
Techsil RTV27844 is a clear liquid which will cure at room temperature to a high strength silicone rubber with the addition of curing agents. RTV27844 is supplied with a curing agent in matched kits which are designed for use at a convenient 10:1 ratio by weight. RTV27844 is a low viscosity, easily pourable liquid. RTV27844 silicone rubber compound has the capability of remaining flexible at low temperatures and have been used for protection of electronic components and assemblies against shock, vibration, moisture, ozone, dust, chemicals, and other environmental hazards by potting or encapsulation of the components and assemblies. The optical clarity of this silicone rubber suggests evaluation for applications such as potting solar cells for maximum light transmission and electronic assemblies where component identification is necessary or desirable. Techsil® RTV27905 Europa
Techsil RTV27905 is one of a family of soft, adherent, clear silicone elastomeric gels designed for the encapsulation and protection of electronic components. It is a low viscosity, 2 component system that is readily mixed in a 1:1 ratio. RTV27905 is the softest gel in this group of products. It is used to provide protection from vibration, thermal or mechanical shock. RTV27905 has excellent dielectric properties and also gives excellent protection from water and many environmental contaminants. Techsil® RTV27909 Europa
Techsil RTV27909 is a kit matched easily pourable, solvent free, clear and colourless two-component silicone gel. After mixing the A and the B part at a mix ratio of 1: 1 the material cures very fast at room temperature by an addition reaction to a tacky silicone gel with excellent vibration dampening properties. Techsil® TIM11123 (GB) Europa
Techsil TIM11123 (GB) Grey is a 200 micron, self-gapping, non-corrosive, 1-part, room temperature vulcanising (RTV) silicone rubber. It is one of a new family of products called acetone cure sealants. These products are cured rapidly in contact with atmospheric moisture to a tough rubber that exhibits an excellent thermal conductive property of ~2.3 W/m K. TIM11123 (GB) does not corrode copper or its alloys and exhibits excellent primerless adhesion to many substrates when fully cured. It has been designed to be flowable and contains glass beads to control bond line thickness.
