Keltan® 9650C África y Oriente Medio
Amorphous ethylene-propylene rubber with high ENB (ethylidene norbornene) content and a high Mooney viscosity. The very high Mw enables cost-efficient compounding, especially for dense profiles in building and domestic applications. Typical application areas for this grade are dense profiles.
Keltan® 9950 África y Oriente Medio
Amorphous ethylene-propylene rubber with high ENB (ethylidene norbornene) content and a very high Mooney viscosity. The very low ethylene content ensures excellent low temperature properties. The very high Mooney viscosity and high ENB contributes to a high level of physical properties and very fast curing peformances. This grade is very suitable for automotive sponge applications.

Keltan® ECO 6950 África y Oriente Medio
Amorphous ethylene-propylene rubber with high ENB (ethylidene norbornene) content and a medium Mooney viscosity. This product is fully made with ethylene from sugar cane, which can be tested with ASTM D 6866. The very low ethylene content ensures excellent low temperature properties. The high ENB content contribute to an ultra fast curing of the compound. This grade is very suitable for automotive sponge applications, dense profiles and wiper blades.
Keltan® ECO 8550 África y Oriente Medio
Amorphous ethylene-propylene rubber with medium ENB (ethylidene norbornene) content and a high Mooney viscosity. This product is fully made with ethylene from sugar cane, which can be tested with ASTM D 6866. The high molecular weight and branched stucture ensure fast mixing and efficient vulcanization. The high level of Controlled Long Chain Branching facilitates the extrusion of the most intricately designed profiles. This grade is broadly applicable. Examples are dense profiles, coolant hoses and potable water seals.
PEXIDAN® SX505 África y Oriente Medio
Silane crosslinkable EPR compound for low and medium voltage power cable insulation SX505 pre-grafted base is mixed with a crosslinking catalyst masterbatch CM493 or CM497, in the ratio 95:5. The SX505:CM493 or SX505:CM497 systems have passed type-tests for use up to and including 33 kV. This compound is typically used in conjunction with crosslinkable semi-conducting material for conductor and insulation shields. Crosslinking is obtained by exposure to moist or hot water immersion only.
PEXIDAN® SX505NT África y Oriente Medio
Silane crosslinkable EPR compound for low and medium voltage power cable insulation SX505NT pre-grafted base is mixed with a crosslinking catalyst masterbatch CM493 or CM497, in the ratio 95:5. The SX505NT:CM493 or SX505NT:CM497 systems have passed type-tests for use up to and including 36 kV. The graft compound contains a non-staining stabilizer and an effective tree retarder, giving outstanding long term retention of dielectric strength. This compound is typically used in conjunction with crosslinkable semi-conducting material for conductor and insulation shields. Crosslinking is obtained by exposure to moist or hot water immersion only.
PEXIDAN® SX554 África y Oriente Medio
Silane crosslinkable EPR compound for low and medium voltage power cable insulation SX554 pre-grafted base is mixed with a crosslinking catalyst masterbatch CM493, in the ratio 95:5, or CM497, in the ratio between 90:10 and 93:7.CM493 is a stronger catalyst suitable for wall thicknesses > 1.5mm and CM497 is a weaker catalyst suitable for small conductor sizes, such as 1 to 4 mm². The system SX554:CM493 or SX554:CM497, has been approved for use at 1kV and has found uses up to 10kV, it is highly flexible and enables the production of soft rubber cables without the use of continuous vulcanization equipment. Crosslinking is obtained by exposure to moist or hot water immersion only.
