Precision Polymer N63B Amérique du Nord
N63B is a Copolymer of acrylonitrile and butadiene with a medium ACN content of 30 - 45%. NBR materials typically provide excellent resistance to petroleum-based oils, fuels and greases, as well as, very low gas permeability, ozone resistance, plus exceptional heat ageing and mechanical properties. N63B is accepted by the UK Ministry of Defence (MOD) to Defence Standard 02-337 part 1, issue 1 (NES 337) for use on naval ships and submarines. Material code MN60. Available in any sized O-ring (fully moulded up to 2.5m/8ft internal diameter) and custom designed components. N70F is a copolymer of acrylonitrile and butadiene, formulated using only those ingredients determined by the United States Federal Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to be in accordance with Code of Federal Regulations Title 21 (CFR21), Section 177.2600 and Section 180.22. Available in any sized O-ring (fully moulded up to 2.5m/8ft internal diameter), gaskets and custom designed components. Peroxide cured Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR), 66-75 °IRHD. Copolymer of acrylonitrile and butadiene. To meet DTD 5594A standard for resistance to mineral oils. Excellent resistance in sealing applications for mineral oils. Excellent compression set, tear and abrasion resistance. Good water resistance but poor against ozone and weather.

Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR), 70 IRHD. Low- Med acrylonitrile (ACN) content. Copolymer of acrylonitrile and butadiene. To meet: ASTM D2000/SAE J200 line call-out: M5BG710, A14, B14, EO14, EO34, F17. The low acrylonitrile content of this compound provides excellent low temperature flexibility, in sealing conditions where resistance to mineral oil, alcohol, paraffin and low-aromatic petrol is required. Not recommended for use with acetone, benzene, chlorinated solvents or high-aromatic petrol. Good water resistance but poor against ozone and weather.
Precision Polymer N70M Amérique du Nord
N70M is a NBR copolymer that provides excellent resistance to petroleum based oils and fuels. N70M has been developed to offer excellent mechanical properties such as compression set, tear and abrasion resistance, making it ideal for dynamic applications. Good water resistance is also a characteristic of this material. Meets BS2751 BA70 and ASTM D2000/SAE J200 line call-out M2BG 714, B14, EA14, EF11, EF21, EO14, EO34 and F17. Specifically formulated for use in pure air systems. The low acrylonitrile content of this compound provides excellent resistance to mineral oil, alcohol, paraffin and low-aromatic petrol in sub-zero temperature applications. Not recommended for use with acetone, benzene, chlorinated solvents or high-aromatic petrol. Good water resistance but poor against ozone and weather.
