Product Description
Copolymer of butadiene and acrylonitrile (35%)

  • Low compression set (LCS) thermoplastic elastomers (TPE's) can be tailor-made by blending in required amounts of Chemigum powder with low cost plasticized PVC at the end of the dry-blending cycle
  • In blends with P35 as the dominant polymer, LCS values of 40% or less can be obtained after deformation for 1 day @ 70°C (158°F)
  • Chemigum/PVC blends are recyclable
  • Resistance to abrasion and flex-fatigue
  • Chemical, oil & fuel resistant

  • Hoses, tubing, gasket & seals: auto, building, appliance & industrial
  • Can be used in snap-fit assemblies
