ErcrosBio ® LM 63106 is a PLA (polylactic acid)-based thermoplastic obtained from renewable natural materials. The content of material of biological origin is over 75%.
It is suitable for the production of food packaging in accordance with the criteria of Regulation (EU) No. 10/2011 1 . It is compostable in accordance with the criteria of standard EN 13432 1 .

CHARACTERISTICS:
ErcrosBio ® LM 63106 is a material designed for obtaining rigid parts by injection, when flexibility and good performance on impact are required. It provides excellent processability, as well as good mechanical properties and low post-moulding contraction. It has good barrier properties, especially to water vapour. It has high-speed crystallisation, which increases with high mould temperatures (90°C to 110°C).

RECOMMENDED APPLICATIONS:
ErcrosBio ® LM 63106 is recommended for injection moulding of parts as a substitute for heterophasic PP, such as disposable household items, containers and medium-walled or medium thickness trays, lids for containers, bottle caps, toys, brushes, plastic razors, toiletry boxes; as well as all types of medium-sized containers that may be subject to impact and repeated bending. It is suitable for injection-blowing processes.
