ErcrosBio ® LM 63101 is a PLA (polylactic acid)-based thermoplastic obtained from renewable natural materials. The content of material of biological origin is over 95%. It is suitable for the production of food packaging in accordance with the criteria of Regulation (EU) No. 10/2011 1 .
It is compostable in accordance with the criteria of standard EN 13432 1 .

CHARACTERISTICS:
ErcrosBio ® LM 63101 is a material designed for moulding parts that may be subject to compression stress. It has high speed crystallisation, which increases with high mould temperatures (90°C to 110°C).

RECOMMENDED APPLICATIONS:
ErcrosBio ® LM 63101 is recommended for injection moulding of parts as a substitute for opaque PP or PS, when rigidity is required. It is used for thick-walled, small surface-area parts, such as horticultural applications (fruit/vegetable boxes), disposable household items, small containers, storage boxes, office materials, containers and vessels for food packaging. It is suitable for the (opaque) injection-blowing process.
