DOW™ Wire & Cable DFDA-1375 RD Nordamerika
DFDA-1375 RD ist eine lineare Polyethylen-Kabelmantelmischungsverbindung niedriger Dichte, die in Pelletform bereitgestellt wird. Ethylen-Copolymer für Ader- und Kabelanwendungen Dow AXELERON™ GP K-6050 NT ist ein erweitertes, lineares Polyethylenharz niedriger Dichte, das bei ordnungsgemäßer Färbung und Stabilisierung als Kabelummantelungsmaterial eingesetzt werden kann. Das Material weist eine Kombination aus Eigenschaften auf, wie verbesserte Zähigkeit, Festigkeit und hohe Wärmebeständigkeit, während es gleichzeitig eine gute Flexibilität, ausgezeichnete Umweltspannungsrissbeständigkeit und ausgezeichnete Verarbeitungseigenschaften bietet. Durch seine ausgeglichenen mechanischen und verarbeitungsbezogenen Eigenschaften ist Dow AXELERON™ GP K-6050 NT ausgezeichnet für Ummantelungen von Netzkabel und Telekommunikationskabeln geeignet. Verarbeitungsempfehlungen: Dow AXELERON™ GP K-6050 NT kann über eine Palette an konventionell erhältlichen Ummantelungsextrudern extrudiert werden. Die typischen Extrudertrommeltemperaturen hängen von diversen Faktoren ab, beispielsweise der Extrudergröße. Ein guter Ausgangspunkt ist: 140/190/200/200/200/200°C bei Schmelztemperaturen unter 250°. Anwendungen: Dow AXELERON™ GP K-6050 NT ist ein naturfarbenes Harz, das mit Kohlenstoffruß oder farbigen Pigmenten mit einem geeigneten UV-Stabilisator gemischt werden muss, um eine ausreichende Witterungsbeständigkeit sicherzustellen. Für eine langfristige Alterungsbeständigkeit ist die Zugabe eines geeigneten Antioxidationsniveaus erforderlich. Spezifikationen: - Der Polymerwerkstoff ist unter Einsatz der standardmäßigen, kommerziellen Extrusionspraktiken für den Einsatz in Ader- und Kabelkomponenten kompatibel, die die folgenden Kabelspezifikationen erfüllen: ASTM D 1248, Typ I, Klasse A, Kategorie 3 Grade J3, E4.
