PRE-ELEC® CP 1319 is a soft conductive thermoplastic compound based on EVA. Conductivity is achieved by using special conductive carbon black. In addition to a low electrical resistivity. PRE-ELEC® CP 1319 has excellent mechanical properties and is easy to extrude.

PRE-ELEC® PE 1250 is a conductive thermoplastic concentrate based on PE-HD. Conductivity is achieved by using special conductive carbon black. It contains a high load of carbon black and it can be diluted with virgin or recycled PE-HD to achieve the desired conductivity level. PRE-ELEC® PE 1271 is a carbon black filled conductive thermoplastic compound based on a blend of PE-LD/PE-LLD. In addition to a low electrical resistivity, it has an excellent balance of mechanical properties and is easy to extrude and blow mold.

PRE-ELEC® PE 12841 is a conductive flexible thermoplastic compound based on polyethylene with good low temperature properties. The conductivity is achieved by using a special conductive carbon black. In addition to a low electrical resistivity, the product has excellent mechanical properties and is easy to extrude.

PRE-ELEC® PE 1291 is a conductive thermoplastic compound based on PE-HD. The electrical conductivity is achieved by using special conductive carbon black. Typical applications also include blow moulded bottles, containers and canisters.

PRE-ELEC® PE 1292 is a conductive thermoplastic compound based on PE-HD. Conductivity is achieved by using special conductive carbon black. In addition to a low electrical resistivity, it has an excellent balance of mechanical properties and is easy to extrude. It can also be welded or vacuum formed without pre-drying.

PRE-ELEC® PE 1296 is a conductive thermoplastic concentrate based on PE-HD. Conductivity is achieved by using a special conductive carbon black. It contains a high load of carbon black and it can be diluted with virgin or recycled PE-HD to achieve the desired conductivity level. The values with the exception of MFR are measured from dilution: 40% HDPE, MFI 9 ( 190°C/21.6 kg)

PRE-ELEC® PE 14708GF is a conductive thermoplastic compound based on glass-fibre reinforced polyethylene. Conductivity is achieved by using a special conductive carbon black. In addition to a low electrical resistivity it has a good balance of mechanical properties and is easy to injection mould.

PRE-ELEC® PE 17693 is a conductive flexible thermoplastic compound based on polyethylene with good low temperature properties. The conductivity is achieved by using a special conductive carbon black. In addition to a low electrical resistivity, the product has excellent mechanical properties and is easy to extrude.

PRE-ELEC® PE 17840 is a conductive thermoplastic polyolefin concentrate based on LLDPE. Conductivity is achieved by using a special conductive carbon black. It contains a high concentration of carbon black and has been developed to be used as a masterbatch. Dilution rate of 65% can be achieved depending on the required conductivity level. The actual amount should always be tested as it also depends on the processing parameters.

PRE-ELEC® PE 18381 is a conductive thermoplastic compound based on LDPE. It has an excellent combination of processability, low resistivity and mechanical properties.

PRE-ELEC® PE 18480 is a conductive flexible thermoplastic compound based on polyethylene with good low temperature properties. The conductivity is achieved by using a special conductive carbon black. In addition to a low electrical resistivity it has a balance of mechanical properties and is easy to extrude. It can be used as adhesive layer between PE and metal surface.

PRE-ELEC® PE 19935 is a semiconductive thermoplastic compound based on high density polyethylene for cable jacketing applications. It is engineered to have excellent ESCR-properties with premium surface quality and dispersion of carbon black. It is easy to extrude with high and consistent level of quality.

PRE-ELEC® TP 11270 is a conductive thermoplastic compound based on PE-HD. The electrical conductivity is achieved by using special conductive carbon black. In addition to a low electrical resistivity, it has an excellent balance of mechanical properties and is easy injection mould or extrude.
