OREVAC® 18302N is a maleic anhydride modified low-density polyethylene available in pellet form. It can be processed on most extrusion equipments designed to process conventional polyolefin. Applications: OREVAC® 18302N has been designed to develop a reliable bonding strength between polyethylene or most ethylene copolymers and many kinds of different materials among which polyamides and EVOH. OREVAC® 18341 is a maleic anhydride modified linear low-density polyethylene. It is available in pellet form for use in conventional extrusion equipment designed to process polyolefin. Applications OREVAC® 18341 has been designed to develop a reliable bonding strength between polyethylene or ethylene copolymers and mineral fillers such as aluminum trihydrate (ATH) or magnesium hydroxide (MDH). It is an effective coupling agent for halogen-free flame retardant compounds using high loadings of mineral fillers, such as compounds for insulation and sheathing of wires and cables. OREVAC® 18341 can also be used as a tie layer in pipe-coating technology for multi-layer structures. It has been designed to develop a reliable bonding strength onto FBE (Fusion Bonded Epoxy) steel pipe protective layer. OREVAC® OE850 is a maleic anhydride modified polyethylene adhesive resin. It is available in pellet form for use in conventional extrusion and coextrusion equipments designed to process polyethylene (PE) resins. Applications OREVAC® OE850 is a versatile adhesive for extrusion coating or lamination, specifically designed to be used as concentrate in dry blend with LDPE. OREVAC® OE850 improves adhesion of LDPE on aluminum foils, metallized or primerized films. It is typically used at 20-40% in LDPE designed for extrusion coating.
