HIPLEX® HHM 5202, copolymer of ethylene and hexene, with relatively high molecular weight and medium molecular weight distribution, is blow moulding grade for production of small and medium size containers. HIPLEX® HHM 5202 has good rigidity, hardness, impact strength, outstanding environmental stress cracking resistance, and excellent processability.

HIPLEX® HHM 5502, copolymer of ethylene and hexene, with medium molecular weight and medium molecular weight distribution, is blow moulding grade for production of small and medium size containers. HIPLEX® HHM 5502 has good rigidity, hardness, impact strength, environmental stress cracking resistance, and excellent processability. HIPLEX®HHM 5502 is suitable for production of small and medium size containers for packaging of bleach, chemicals and most of detergents. It is not recommended for heavy-duty detergents. HIPLEX® HMN 6050, copolymer of ethylene and hexene, is injection moulding grade with very good impact strength, good rigidity and hardness. The injection moulding parts fabricated from this grade have outstanding surface appearance.

HIPLEX® HUM 45010, copolymer of ethylene and hexene, with ultra high molecular weight and medium molecular weight distribution, is specially tailored for production of technical parts. HIPLEX® HUM 45010 has very high wear resistance, very good sliding behaviour and high impact resistance even at low temperature. HIPLEX® HUM 45010 is in granular form.

HIPLEX® HXM 45060 is copolymer of ethylene and hexane, with extra high molecular weight and broad molecular weight distribution and very good processability. It is material with outstanding environmental stress cracking resistance, good creep strength and very good impact resistance. It may be in granular or powdered form.

HIPLEX® HXM 50100, copolymer of ethylene and hexene, extra high molecular weight and medium molecular weight distribution, is material with the best balance of stress cracking resistance, rigidity and melt strength. HIPLEX® HXM 50100 has very good processability. APPLICATION: HIPLEX® HXM 50100 is recommended for medium and large blow moulding products. It is suitable for the manufacture of containers for transport and storage of different chemicals. It is especially suitable for packaging of food. HIPLEX®HXM 50100 has Health Certificate issued by Institute for Health Protection of Serbia.

HIPLEX® TR-130, copolymer of ethylene and hexene is tailored for blown film production. Extraordinary melt toughness made possible to get film down to 0.006 mm thickness. Extruded film has high impact resistance, good tear strength, excellent antiblock and good barrier properties, low gel content and excellent sealing and printing properties. Applications: HIPLEX® TR-130 is suitable for production of advertising bags, industrial bags, bags for food package, and for production of composite films and blends with other kind of polyethylene. HIPLEX® TR-418 blue is medium density polyethylene, high molecular weight, specially designed for pressure pipe manufacture. This blue compound combines easy processing with very good mechanical properties, an excellent resistance to UV radiation and thermal ageing, and very high environmental stress cracking resistance, which gives pipes and fittings a maximum useful life. HIPLEX® TR-418 blue is recommended for pipe extrusion and injection moulding of fittings, especially high-pressure pipe systems such as potable water pipes, industrial pipes etc. HIPLEX TR-418 blue is classified as an MRS 8 material. It confirms different national and international standards such as ISO 4427, ISO 4437, EN 1555 and EN 12201.

HIPLEX® TR-418 yellow is medium density polyethylene, high molecular weight, specially designed for pressure pipe manufacture. This yellow compound combines easy processing with very good mechanical properties, an excellent resistance to UV radiation and thermal ageing, and very high environmental stress cracking resistance, which gives pipes and fittings a maximum useful life. HIPLEX® TR-418 yellow is recommended for pipe extrusion and injection moulding of fittings, especially high-pressure pipes for gas distribution systems. HIPLEX TR-418 yellow is classified under ISO TR 9080 MRS classification as PE 80.

HIPLEX® TR-455 natural is high density polyethylene with high molecular weight and designed for pipe manufacture. This granulate combines easy processing with very good mechanical properties, an excellent resistance to UV radiation and thermal ageing, and very high environmental stress cracking resistance, which gives pipes a maximum useful life.

HIPTEN® 15080 is low density polyethylene resin developed for extrusion coating. HIPTEN® 15080 has very good processability, high draw down, very low neck-in, outstanding adhesion to substrates and very low residual odour, what provide a good packaging material.

HIPTEN® 15180 is low density polyethylene resin for production of injection moulding articles and as a basis for masterbatches.

HIPTEN® 22020 is low density polyethylene resin developed for film extrusion. This grade has good mechanical and optical properties and good draw down characteristics. Film produced from this grade has good appearance and heat sealability, good moisture barrier and adhesion properties. Applications: Production of laminated food-packaging materials. HIPTEN® 22027A6 is low density polyethylene resin developed for film extrusion. It has good processability and draw down characteristics. Film obtained from this type has good optical and mechanical properties. HIPTEN® 22027A6 contains slip and antiblock additives.
