DeWAL DW 222

Generic Family: PolytetrafluoroethyleneSupplied by: DeWAL Industries
Skived from virgin PTFE that has been etched on both sides with "sodium ammonia". This surface treatment allows the PTFE to become bondable on two sides.

D/W 222 film is used in applications where it is necessary to allow a bond to both sides of the PTFE film. The D/W 222 film is used in areas of polymer composite construction where it serves as an integral part of the composite and where bonding to both sides is necessary.
