MERICAN® 9150P is a prepromoted, low-viscosity orthophtalic unsaturated polyester resin, special designed for vacuum infusion and RTM process. It presents excellent mechanical properties, process performance.

PROPERTY
  • Low viscosity, excellent processing performance.
  • Excellent mechanical properties, strong adhesion between laminates.
  • Excellent fiberglass wet ability and easy roll.
  • Very low peak exotherm; Thick pieces can be formed at one time.

APPLICATION
  • High performance composite products, such as nacelle, tank, container, etc.
  • Can be used in RTM, light RTM, vacuum infusion process.
