SYNTHOS PS HI 662E is high-impact polystyrene (HIPS) with matt appearance and properties that are suitable for thermoforming. It is a thermoplastic material designed for extrusion and thermoforming. SYNTHOS PS HI 662E is a opaque plastic. Product has a form of lens granules of diameter 2.5 to 4 mms. Product may contain small amounts of granulate finer than that mentioned above of irregular shapes. Presence of any mechanical impurities in the granulate is not allowed.

APPLICATION
Extrusion is used to produce visually demanding sheets and plates which are then thermoformed to packaging, technical parts or other consumer and industrial articles. The composition of the polymer meets the requirements of the Health and can therefore be used for the production of articles coming into contact with food.
