NANTEX® 257AX4 is a carboxylated styrene butadiene copolymer latex specially designed for application as coating binder in coated paper and paperboard.

FEATURES:
  • Provides excellent mechanical stability and chemical stability with low foaming, also good compatibility and dispersability to pigment.
  • Coating color properties are excellent: Provides excellent workability due to its good stability and fluidity. Suitable for the high speed blade coater requiring excellent fluidity and mechanical stability under high shear. Also suitable for the air knife coater due to its low foaming.
  • NANTEX® 257AX4 can be used in sole binder color system for coated paper coating due to its strong binder force.
