Polyclear® Preserve PET 2201 is designed to offer exceptional performance in hot-fill and pasteurized container applications. It has a nominal intrinsic viscosity of 0.82 dl/g.

Packaging made from Polyclear® Preserve PET 2201 has excellent clarity and is noted for its dimensional stability, which prevents shrinkage and expansion of the container, even after post-fill heat treatment. Polyclear® Preserve PET 2201 is used successfully in heat-set hot-fill bottles for juice, teas, sports drinks, and foods. Polyclear® Preserve PET 2201 is also used successfully in pasteurized bottles for beer, flavored alcoholic beverages, and other carbonated beverages.
