Solanyl® C8101 is an end compound suitable for film applications and is specially developed for packaging. Solanyl® C8101 can be processed on conventional blown or cast film extrusion lines suitable for (multi-layer) flexible films. Solanyl® C8101 is a competitive alternative for currently used biodegradable plastics and LDPE for a wide range of applications. Solanyl® C8101 has a natural feel and look. Solanyl® C8101 is biodegradable and has a biobased or plant derived material content of > 40%.
