Solanyl® C8103 is an end compound suitable for film applications and is specially developed for packaging. Solanyl® C8103 can be processed on conventional blown or cast film extrusion lines suitable for (multi-layer) flexible films. Solanyl® C8103 is a ompetitive alternative for currently used bioplastics and LDPE for a wide range of applications. Solanyl® C8103 has a natural feel and look, is biodegradable and has a plant derived content of >40% with biobased carbon at ~30%.
Applications in which Solanyl® C8103 can be used are:
