ECC FMB-5008
DESCRIPTION
Colorable polymeric composition in pellet form designed to be used in moisture crosslinkable applications requiring added flame resistance.
APPLICATIONS
When used in correct ratios with a grafted base polymer, this product will allow the cable to pass the various industry required flame tests and perform in wet environments up to 90oC in applications up to 600 Volts.
SPECIFICATIONS
When extruded and cured consistent with standard safe wire and cable industry practices, cable insulated with the correct ratios of EP-MC-4 and FMB-5008 / CMB-432 will comply with the requirements as specified in the following standards:

Horizontal Flame
VW-1 on larger cable sizes
