SAMAT™ 5000Y0 is Halogen Free Flame Retardant environmental Polypropylene with phosphorus and nitrogen as the flame retardant elements. Carbonize and expansion mechanism play the flame retardant performance. The flammability reach UL94-V0 (1.5mm and 3.0mm), glow test meets GWIT: 800°C and GWFI:960°C. SAMAT™ 5000Y0 has American UL certification and meets the requirements of RoHS, SVHC, PFOS&PFOA, 17P, Halogen-free, PAHs etc.

SAMAT™ 5000Y0 has the characteristic of processing flowability, high rigidity, high heat resistance, low density of finished products, low smoke, less corrosion to the molds, etc.
