Technical Data:
  • Percent of Active Blowing Agent: 70% approx.
  • Decomposition Temperature: 145 to 200°C
  • Gas Yield of Concentrate: 98 ml/gm at 250°C

Properties:
  • Dust Free Pellet
  • Compatibility with PE, PP and PS
  • Endothermic Decomposition
  • No Plate Out on Screw and Mold
  • Uniform Foam Structure
  • Good Nucleation

Application:
  • Free Foam Extrusion
    • Foamed Sheet, Ribbon, Tubes and Profile
  • Structural Foam Injection Molding
    • Structural Foam Parts and Weight Reduction

Recommended Use Levels:
  • Free Foam Extrusion
    • 0.5% to 1.5%
  • Structural Foam Injection Molding
    • Structural Foam – 0.75% to 4.0%
    • Nucleation – 0.3% to 1.0%
