BRASKEM HSP250NA Polypropylene is a homopolymer resin developed for injection molding. BRASKEM HSP250NA Polypropylene resin has a very good balance of physical properties and excellent organoleptics. BRASKEM HSP250NA Polypropylene resin is nucleated and contains a very efficient anti static package offering good transparency when required. It is designed and formulated to allow for very easy processing, short cycle times, low warpage and good part dimensional stability.

Processing conditions:
BRASKEM HSP250NA is easy to process with common extrusionequipment with conditions depending on the type of injection molding conversion technology applied. Recommended melt temperature range for injection molding from 210 to 260°C; mold temperature: 20 to 50°C; holding pressure: 200 to 500 bar.

Additivation:
Nucleating Agent, Antistatic Agent

Applications:
Caps & Closures, Cosmetic packaging, Houseware, Home appliances

Process:
Injection molding.
