TIVAR CleanStat Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene UHMW-PE FG (Food Grade) electro static dissipative shapes are EU 10/2011 and FDA 21 CFR § 177.1520 Food Contact compliant, which makes them a favored solution within the food processing and pharmaceutical industries. In addition to these characteristics, TIVAR CleanStat UHMW-PE FG components exhibit superior corrosion and wear resistance, zero moisture absorption, and good welding capabilities. For these reasons, this grade can be easily fabricated into components and replacement parts that reduce noise levels, and require less frequent cleaning in food processing and packaging plants.
