VERDANT RRPT076E is a food grade RPET (Recycle Polyethylene Terephthalate) utilizing post consumer PET bottles and produced via a super-clean recycling process. The U.S. FDA has approved this process to produce recycled polyethylene terephthalate (PCR-PET) pellets that are suitable for use at levels of up to 100% in the manufacture of PET containers for contact with all food types, such as bottles for mineral water, juices, etc., and thermoformed sheets for meat and fruit trays and other food contact applications except for microwave and conventional oven cooking.
