TIVAR® DS UHMW-PE

Generic Family: Polyethylene, Ultra High Molecular Weight • Supplied by: Mitsubishi Chemical Advanced Materials
TIVAR® DS UHMW-PE is a modified PE-UHMW with extremely high molecular weight. The latter in combination with a particular manufacturing process result in a PE-UHMW grade with superior wear and abrasion resistance over TIVAR® 1000 UHMW-PE. It also is FDA 21 CFR § 177.1520 compliant which makes this grade ideal for components and replacement parts in food processing and packaging plants.
