ARBOFORM® F45 natur Europe
Thermoplastics from renewable resources for plastics processing Our granules ARBOFORM ® , ARBOBLEND ® and ARBOFILL ® can be processed with injection moulding, extrusion, calendering, blow molding, deep drawing or pressing into moulded parts, half-finished product, sheets, films oder profiles. ARBOFORM® is the ecological, aesthetic and yet sophisticated alternative to your plastics products. ARBOFORM® offers plastics-specific processing capability which means competitive pricing and high accuracy for products so far machined from laminated wood, presspahn or MDF board. What is more, ARBOFORM® is clean by ecological standards, ensuring more environmentally sound manufacture and disposal than the above wood materials that use toxic glue binders. As against expensive solid wood shapes, which, besides, are often made from Tropical woods, it is the fact that it can be freely and accurately formed that lets ARBOFORM® compare favourably with conventional, mostly rather plain wood shapes. Apart from providing a pleasing natural surface, inexpensive refinement by adding real wood veneers, or even three-dimensional inlay work at moderate pricing is possible for most applications.

Tenite™ Acetate 105E1R26033 Clear Trsp Africa & Middle East
Tenite™ cellulosic plastics are noted for their excellent balance of properties - toughness, hardness, strength, surface gloss, clarity, and a warm feel. The mechanical properties of Tenite™ cellulosic plastics differ with plasticizer levels. Lower plasticizer content yields a harder surface, higher heat resistance, greater rigidity, higher tensile strength, and better dimensional stability. Higher plasticizer content increases impact strength. Tenite™ cellulosic plastics are available in natural, clear, amber, and black. Color concentrates are available in let-down ratios from 10:1 to 40:1. Tenite™ Cellulose Acetate 105-33 is heat stabilized and has a plasticizer level of 33%. Applications - Commercial housewares - Compounders - Consumer housewares-NFC - Electronic connectors - Eyewear - Other-LCD displays - Safety glasses/shield - Sporting equipment - Tassels & fringe - Tools

Zelfo HG Africa & Middle East
Formed from cellulose (plant) fibres, Zelfo processed materials are self-binding and non toxic, with properties that are modifiable as required by the end user. Bio-binder: Zelfo engineered fibre has multiple uses as a bio-binder in newly developed products as well as a replacement for many currently used synthetic binders. Formable: 3D Housings/Cases 2D Sheets/Panels Finish: Textured or smooth; unfinished, matte or gloss surface. Colour: Untreated, surface-treated or pigmented throughout; both neutral and vibrant tones are possible. Low/medium/high density Water resistance Fire resistance The use of Zelfo-based materials provides the potential to up-cycle fibre based waste, which can then be recycled into new products which, in turn are recyclable and biodegradable. The patented Cellulose Optimization Resource Efficient (CORE) technology provides an extremely energy- and water-efficient processing method to transform fibre into a range of self-binding Zelfo materials. The Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) of these materials varies by application; however their source materials, production processes, composition and end-of-life disposal have a low carbon footprint and minimal environmental impact.
