Acetron® AF Blend POM-H Africa & Middle East
Ertacetal® H-TF / Acetron® AF Blend Polyoxymethylene POM-H is a PTFE-filled Homopolymer that offers enhanced wear resistance over other acetal grades, a lower coefficient of friction, great wear performance in wet environments, and low moisture absorption. Components made from Ertacetal® H-TF / Acetron® AF Blend POM-H are unique, due to their ability to operate at higher speeds while exhibiting reduced wear. Due to these characteristics, these components are often used in conveying and material handling environments as bushings, bearings, electrical components, and rollers.
Acetron® C Sterra™ POM-C Africa & Middle East
Acetron® C Sterra™ Polyoxymethylene POM-C is a general purpose, copolymer acetal grade that is often favored for its porosity free nature. Acetron® C Sterra™ POM-C shapes also offer low moisture and excellent machinability capabilities, making it a very versatile material that can excel in a multitude of environments. As part of the Sterra™ product portfolio, this material contains recycled content and exhibits a significantly lower carbon footprint compared to similar materials derived from non-recycled feedstocks. Acetron® VMX Food Grade POM-C Africa & Middle East
Acetron VMX Polyoxymethylene POM-C FG (Food Grade) is a EU 10/2011 and compositional FDA 21 CFR § 177.2470 compliant material containing a metal detectable additive, has been specifically tailored for use in the food processing and packaging industries where it can easily be traced by different detection systems installed to detect contamination of the foodstuffs. Acetron VMX FG presents good mechanical strength, stiffness and impact strength, and therefore make this grade especially suited for different applications like gears, scrapers, grippers, etc.
Ertacetal® C ELS POM-C Africa & Middle East
Ertacetal® C ELS Polyoxymethylene POM-C shapes exhibit excellent electrical conductivity qualities, low moisture absorption, high strength and stiffness, and great machinability capabilities. This grade in particular is recommended for use in electrical and explosion sensitive applications.
