Celcon® M90SW Africa & Middle East
Low wear, low noise for high load, low speed applications. Celcon® M90SW is a low wear grade designed for gears and other low wear applications, especially where reducing noise and wear against the same mating surface is important. This grade may be preferred in high load-low velocity applications. Celcon® M90SW is an option where silicone or PTFE based wear resistant products are not acceptable. Please also see Hostaform® C 9021 SW.
Celcon® M90UV Africa & Middle East
UV stabilized, general purpose grade Celcon® M90UV is an acetal copolymer developed as a natural UV light stabilized standard flow grade for overall performance in most molding applications. It has been formulated as a natural acetal that does not discolor, yet maintains protection from UV light exposure.
Celcon® MC270 Africa & Middle East
Mineral coupled for reduced warpage, high flow Celcon® MC270 is a mineral coupled acetal copolymer designed for applications requiring improved stiffness, lower mold shrinkage and reduced warpage while maintaining the mechanical performance characteristics of an unfilled Celcon® M270 grade.
Celcon® MC270-HM Africa & Middle East
Mineral coupled for reduced warpage, high modulus, high flow Celcon® MC270-HM is a high modulus, mineral coupled acetal copolymer. It utilizes a higher additive level to provide significant improvement in product stiffness and mold shrinkage and better warpage resistance than unfilled Celcon® M270. Celcon® MC270-HM is formulated to produce very flat, dimensionally stable parts.
Celcon® MC90 Africa & Middle East
Mineral coupled for reduced warpage, general purpose grade Celcon® acetal copolymer grade MC90 is a mineral reinforced grade offering low warp, improved dimensional stability, improved stiffness, improved practical impact and retention of other base resin properties with good moldability. Celcon® MC90-HM Africa & Middle East
Mineral coupled for reduced warpage, high modulus, moderate flow Celcon® MC90-HM is a highly mineral filled and coupled M90 material for producing very flat and dimensionally stable parts (normal flow).
Celcon® MR90B Africa & Middle East
Improved media resistance, standard grade. Celcon® MR90B is a standard flow specialty media resistant grade developed for improved bleach resistance.
Celcon® TX90 Africa & Middle East
Improved practical impact (Being replaced by Hostaform® S 9363) Celcon® TX90 is a moderately toughened acetal copolymer which exhibits ductility in bending and impact loading. The ductile rather than brittle failure mode gives engineers greater design freedom in applications such as clips, fasteners, gears and rollers. Chemical abbreviation according to ISO 1043-1: POM-HI Molding compound ISO 9988- POM-K, M-GNPR, 03-001 Celcon® TX90 is being replaced by Hostaform® S 9363.
Celcon® TX90PLUS Africa & Middle East
High practical impact (Being replaced by Hostaform® S 9364) Celcon® acetal copolymer grade TX90Plus is a highly impact modified grade. Celcon® TX90Plus provides a significant improvement in impact strength and flexibility while retaining many of the other performance properties of acetal copolymer. Chemical abbreviation according to ISO 1043-1: POM-HI Celcon® TX90Plus is being replaced by Hostaform® S 9364.
Celcon® UV140LG Africa & Middle East
UV resistant - automotive, low gloss surface, broad range of colors Celcon® acetal copolymer grade UV140LG is a specialty grade of acetal copolymer formulated to provide good flow with a low gloss finish and a UV stability necessary for interior automotive applications.
Celcon® UV25Z Africa & Middle East
UV resistant - automotive, improved toughness Celcon® UV25Z is a nominal 2.5 melt flow rate acetal copolymer which has been specially stabilized to prevent discoloration and deterioration of mechanical properties from ultraviolet light exposure. The material is available in precolored black or colors.

UV resistant - automotive, high flow for difficult to fill parts, broad range of colors Celcon® UV270Z is a nominal 27 melt flow rate acetal copolymer which has been specially stabilized to prevent discoloration and deterioration of mechanical properties from ultraviolet light exposure. Celcon® UV270Z is designed to fill small and difficult to process parts such as speaker grills and other interior automotive parts. The material is available in precolored black or colors.
Celcon® UV90Z ECO-B Africa & Middle East
UV resistant - automotive, general purpose grade, broad range of UV90Z colors Celcon® UV90Z is an integrally colored nominal 9 melt flow rate based acetal copolymer material stabilized for use where ultraviolet radiation exposure is expected. The material is formulated to prevent discoloration, fading, chalking and mechanical property changes in severe ultraviolet exposure. This product is available in many colors formulated for the interior automotive market and other applications. ECO-B: Celcon® ECO-B is a POM-Copolymer with the same properties and performance as standard grades but produced with sustainability in mind. Using a mass-balance approach, biogenic feedstocks are used to offset the use of fossil-based raw materials and decrease greenhouse gas emissions. The process is audited and certified according to the ISCC Plus mass balance approach.

UV resistant - automotive and outdoor applications, improved toughness Celcon® WR25Z is a 2.5 nominal melt flow rate based acetal copolymer stabilized to provide maximum ultraviolet radiation resistance in outdoor applications. Celcon® WR25Z is a lower flow product providing improved toughness. Available in black only.
