Ultrafuse PA CF10 is a carbon fiber-infused polyamide filament specially formulated for additive manufacturing. It provides exceptional strength, durability, thermal stability, and stiffness that is customary of carbon fiber materials. Ultrafuse PA CF10 is readily printable with a wide processing window, providing a highly accessible engineering-grade solution for open platform and even open-air printers. It is important to note, that the mechanical properties of PA may change with water uptake as this material is moisture sensitive. The best prints with Ultrafuse PA CF10 are realized utilizing a glass bed and a bed adhesion solution, such as a PA-solvent liquid compound.

Ultrafuse PAHT CF15 Amérique du Nord

PAHT CF15 is a high-performance 3D printing filament that opens new application fields in FFF printing. These properties ensure precise feature control, very good mechanical properties and simple surface reprocessing of 3D printed parts, in particular for complex shapes of structures. Ultrasint PA6 GB X055 contains 50% glass beads, added to the powder in a dry blending process. Through this reinforcement, tensile and flexural modulus are increased by up to 80% in x and z directions compared to unfilled material. HDT is also significantly increased, while most other mechanical properties are similar to unfilled material. Ultrasint PA6 GB X055 therefore lends itself in particular for applications where high stiffness is the most important part property.

The material is suitable to manufacture functional prototypes and small series parts, e.g. for industrial or automotive applications. Mineral-filled Polyamide 6-based powder for Laser Sintering All Ultrasint PA6 grades have in common that they show high modulus, high strength and excellent thermal distortion stability. These properties ensure precise feature control, very good mechanical properties and simple surface reprocessing of 3D printed parts. Ultrasint PA6 MF black contains a mineral reinforcement. In contrast to simple dry blends, the reinforcement is embedded within the particles, leading to improved powder homogeneity, better spreading and easier recycling. Tensile and flexural modulus, as well as impact strength are significantly higher compared to unfilled material. Ultrasint PA6 MF black therefore lends itself for applications where high stiffness and high strength are the most important requirements, while not sacrificing other properties of the unfilled material - a material suitable for parts with demanding mechanical property combinations.
