TECHNYL® SHAPE A 402H1 NC Europe
*Previously TECHNYL A 402H1 NATURAL TECHNYL SHAPE A 402H1 NC is an unreinforced polyamide 66, very high viscosity, heat stabilized, for extrusion and injection moulding. This grade offers three main advantages: high impact resistance at low humidity levels, good rigidity, and excellent compression resistance.
TECHNYL® SHAPE A 548B V15 BK 23N Europe
*Previously TECHNYL A 548B V15 BLACK 23N TECHNYL SHAPE A 548B V15 BK 23N is a polyamide 66 reinforced with 15% of glass fibre, heat stabilized, impact modified, for blow moulding. This grade offers an excellent long term Heat resistance and is suitable to work in environments characterized by a very high temperature. It has been also specially designed to be perfectly suitable for blow moulding processing.
TECHNYL® SHAPE A 548B2 V15 BK 23N Europe
*Previously TECHNYL A 548B2 V15 BLACK 23N TECHNYL SHAPE A 548B2 V15 BK 23N is a polyamide 6.6, reinforced with 15% of glass fibre, heat stabilized, impact modified, for blow moulding. This grade offers an excellent long term Heat resistance and is suitable to work in environments characterized by a very high temperature. It has been also specially designed to be perfectly suitable for blow moulding processing.

TECHNYL® SHAPE C 548B BK Africa & Middle East

This grade offers a good processing behaviour, high impact resistance even at low temperature and high barrier properties especially to fluids such as fuels and oils, as well as a high toughness.

This polyamide 6,10 for extrusion is specially performing where high flexibility and toughness are requested. It is specially developed for automotive and other applications where a long term high temperature usage is requested. It is a partially bio-sourced material.
TECHNYL® SHAPE D 458P BK Africa & Middle East
*Previously TECHNYL eXten D 458P BLACK TECHNYL eXten D 458P Black is a high viscosity unfilled plasticized PA6.10 for extrusion applications. This grade is also UV stabilized. This polyamide 6,10 for extrusion is specially performing where high flexibility and toughness are requested. It is specially developed for automotive and other applications where a long term high temperature usage is requested. It is a partially bio-sourced material.
TECHNYL® SHAPE DA 438CR BK Europe
*Previously TECHNYL eXten DA 438CR BLACK TECHNYL eXten DA 438CR BLACK is a polyamide 6.10 / PA66 blend, unfilled, for extrusion purpose. It offers excellent compatibility with refrigerants, good resistance to deicing salts, and high burst pressure at temperature around 100°C. It is also suitable for thermoforming and welding. TECHNYL eXten® DA 438CR BLACK has been specially design for HVAC lines or refrigerant lines for battery cooling. The results shown are based on an experimental grade. These results will be further enhanced and improved as more industrial lots are produced and statistical data are available.
