PRE-ELEC® PA 1406 is a conductive thermoplastic compound based on polyamide 6 filled with 16 wt% carbon fiber. In addition to a low electrical resistivity it has an excellent balance of mechanical properties due to cabon fibre reinforcement. In addition it is easy to injection mould.

PRE-ELEC® PA 1408 is a conductive thermoplastic compound based on polyamide 6. Conductivity is achieved by using conductive carbon black. In addition to a low electrical resistivity it has an excellent balance of mechanical properties and is easy to injection mould. The grade can also be extruded.

PRE-ELEC® PA 1411 is a conductive thermoplastic compound based on polyamide 6. Conductivity is achieved by using special conductive carbon black. It contains a high load of carbon black and it is recommended to be dilluted with PA6. The actual amount should always be tested as it also depends on the processing conditions. The values with the exception of MFR are measured from dilution: 30% PA6.

PRE-ELEC® PA 17970 is an electrically conductive thermoplastic polyamide 6 compound with enhanced mechanical properties from glass fiber filling. The glass fiber conent is 25 wt-%. The conductivity is achieved by using a special conductive carbon black. This grade can be painted using electrostatic painting method.
