VESTAMID® D X9302 BK E70178 Europe
VESTAMID® DX9302 BK E70178 has been developed for the production of flexible, impact resistant extruded parts, especially tubes. Its composition makes VESTAMID® DX9302 BK E70178 suitable for the extrusion of tubes for windshield washer systems that have only small amounts of extractables substances in water/alcohol mixtures. Further advantages of VESTAMID® DX9302 BK E70178 are the typical properties of PA 612 like little water adsorption, good dimensional stability and almost constant mechanical properties at changing ambient humidity. Pigmentation may affect values.
VESTAMID® D X9303 BK E70288 Europe
VESTAMID® DX9303 BK E70288 is a PA 612 extrusion compound developed for the production of tubing systems with higher requirements for heat resistance. The melting point of VESTAMID® DX9303 BK E70288 is about 35°C higher than PA 11 and PA 12 compounds, allows higher peak temperatures in use. Thereby this compound fulfills the increased demands resulting from higher temperatures in the engine compartment. If it is intended to use VESTAMID® DX9303 BK E70288 for fuel lines, certain preconditions must be observed. The Technical Marketing assists you in finding the suitable VESTAMID® compound. At temperatures above 100°C tubing of VESTAMID® DX9303 BK E70288 allow a higher pressure load than tubing made of PA 12 compounds with comparable flexibility. The material absorbs only little moisture. Therefore dimensions and properties of parts are nearly unaffected through ambient conditions. Pigmentation may affect values.
VESTAMID® D X9304 BK E70238 Europe
VESTAMID® DX9304 BK E70238 is a PA 612 extrusion compound developed for the manufacturing of tubing systems with higher demands on heat resistance. The melting point of VESTAMID® DX9304 BK E70238, about 35 °C higher than PA 11 and PA 12 compounds, allows higher temperatures in use. The compound is especially suitable for the extrusion of tubing systems that are exposed to high burst pressures at high service temperatures, e.g. hydraulic clutch lines. The material absorbs only little moisture. Therefore dimensions and properties of parts are nearly unaffected through ambient conditions. Pigmentation may affect values.
VESTAMID® D X9305 BK E70335 Europe
VESTAMID® DX9305 BK E70335 is a black polyamide 612 extrusion compound developed for the manufacturing of tubing systems with higher demands on heat resistance. The melting range of VESTAMID® DX9305 BK E70335 of about 35 °C higher than PA 11 and PA 12 compounds allows higher peak temperatures in use. The compound is especially suitable for the extrusion of tubing systems that are exposed to high burst pressures at high service temperatures, e.g., hydraulic clutch lines. VESTAMID® DX9305 BK E70335 absorbs only little moisture. Therefore dimensions and properties of parts are nearly unaffected through ambient conditions. Pigmentation may affect values.
VESTAMID® D X9310 BK E70399 Europe
VESTAMID® DX9310 BK E70399 is a PA 612 extrusion compound developed for the production of tubing systems, for example multilayer tubes used as air brake lines. Besides optimized processing behavior and improved cold impact resistance VESTAMID® DX9310 BK E70399 offers, owing to a special modification, similar mechanical properties as VESTAMID® X7393 (PA 12 based compound typically used for monolayer air brake tubing). Due to these properties it is suited as middle layer in the multilayer tube 250.1, together with VESTAMID® X7393 as inner and outer layer. Pigmentation may affect values.
VESTAMID® D X9321 BK E70164 Europe
VESTAMID® DX9321 BK E70164 is a heat-stabilized, glass fiber-reinforced and impact-modified PA 612 compound. The material contains about 20% glass fibers, an ageing protective agent and processing aid for a fast and even form filling. VESTAMID® DX9321 BK E70164 is especially suitable for the production of plastic and rubber composites. Parts of VESTAMID® DX9321 BK E70164 can be directly bonded to rubber,e.g., XNBR, HNBR, AEM or FPM, without using any adhesives or adhesion promoters ("direct-bonding to rubber"). Because of its semi-crystalline morphology VESTAMID® DX9321 BK E70164 provides an excellent chemical resistance. e.g., against greases, oils, fuels and hydraulic fluids. Pigmentation may affect values
