N6050L is a general purpose Nylon 6 polymer that is suitable for injection molding of a wide range of parts over a multiple array of end-use markets. It offers a unique combination of strength and toughness, excellent static and dynamic fatigue resistance, and resistance to the effects of a broad range of chemicals, oils and solvents. For molded parts which may be exposed to high temperatures for prolonged periods of time, the use of N6050HSL, the heat stabilized formulation is recommended. Heat stabilization for the Natural is available in standard or organic, non-staining heat stabilization package. This material is available in Black and Natural

N60G15L is a Nylon 6 compound reinforced with 15% glass fiber to improve strength and rigidity, especially at high temperatures while maintaining good ductility. For molded parts, which may be exposed to high temperatures for prolonged periods of time, the use of N60G15HSL, the heat stabilized formulation is recommended. N60G15HSL contains a conventional stabilizer system, which provides excellent protection against thermal aging, but can slightly tint the natural color, normally to a greenish hue. For applications where preservations of natural color is important, especially for precision color matches, the use of N60G15HL, which incorporates an effective stabilizer system free from color effects, is recommended. Typical of semi-crystalline polymers, glass fiber reinforced nylons exhibit outstanding resistance, even at elevated temperatures, to the effects of a wide range of chemicals, solvents, oils and grease and is therefore suitable for such demanding environments as automotive under-hood. N60G15L and N60G15H(S)L are internally lubricated for improved mold release, and offer the high flow typical of Nylon 6, which combined with rapid crystallization and high temperature rigidity results in excellent processability and fast cycle times.

For molded parts which may see exposure to high temperatures for extended periods a heat stabilized grade should be selected. N6650HS provides excellent protections against thermal aging but can tint the natural color to a greenish hue. For color applications the use of the N6650H is recommended. This heat stabilized system is free from color influences.
