It also offers an excellent crack resistance to calcium chloride road salts, good injection process ability, high surface aspect quality, and high overall mechanical and thermal properties.

TECHNYL® KC 246 NC Europe
*Previously TECHNYL ALLOY KC 246 NATURAL TECHNYL KC 246 NC is an unfilled grade based on blend of polyamide 6 and acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (PA6 + ABS), impact modified, for injection moulding. This grade offers high mechanical properties, good dimensional stability and good processability. This grade offers an excellent impact with an ideal combination between stiffness and toughness. It is a synergistic blend material between Polyamide 6 and ABS with an ideal property combination, meaning that it has dual characteristics between semi-crystalline and amorphous polymers.
TECHNYL® XA 1722 ORANGE 2702 Europe
TECHNYL XA 1722 Orange 2702 is a polyamide PA 66, reinforced with 30% of glass fiber, self-coloured in Orange RAL 2003 & is suitable for Injection-moulding. This grade offers a unique Polyamide 66 solution for E-Mobility applications requiring Orange color as a functional property during all application lifetime. Thanks to a specific combination of coloring additives & thermal stabilizers, this grade exhibits an undisputable high color retention under thermal stress with a Polyamide based material. It provides consequently all benefits associated to a Polyamide compound, superior electrical insulation performances & high mechanical properties. It is furthermore suitable for UV laser-marking.
TECHNYL® XC 1952 GY2719 Europe
TECHNYL XC 1952 GY 2719 is a polyamide 6 based on a non-phosphorous and non-halogenated flame retardant system, reinforced with 25% of glass fillers, heat stabilized and suitable for injection moulding. This flame retardant grade showcases excellent moulding and electrical performance as this grade is being rated at 1 kV for IPT (Inclined plane tracking). This grade offers a unique polyamide HFFR combination, being UL Yellow card listed with all RTI ratings available from 0.8 to 3.0 mm thickness & having 20% of recycled glass filler coming from Post-Industrial (PIR) & Post-Consumer (PCR) waste scraps. It consequently offers a unique sustainable polyamide solution for Electrical & Electronic applications needing UL certification. This recycled grade being furthermore EN 45545-2 certified for R22 & R23.
TECHNYL® XHT 1721 ORANGE 2701 Europe
TECHNYL XHT 1721 ORANGE 2701 is a polyamide PA 66/6T GF, Halogen free Flame Retarded for Injection.This grade offers is a high temperature polyamide based on a non-halogenated flame retardant system, reinforced with 30% of glass fiber with best-in-class fire protection behavior, heat stabilized, for injection moulding. A full yellow card is available with a UL94 V0 rating at 0.4 mm, unmatched thermal ageing properties (150°C electrical RTI - Relative Thermal Index), and outstanding electrical properties, including a high comparative tracking index (CTI 0 for 600 volts and higher). This product has superior electrical performance compared to traditional high-performance plastics. It is furthermore self-colored in orange color shade suitable for E-Mobility applications (High voltage connectors, bus bars,...) by using a specific color recipe improving orange color stability & mold deposit issue.
