VESTAMID® X7070 NC is a plasticized polyamide 12 compound with heat and light stabilizer for the extrusion of flexible tubing and hose, especially for automotive applications according to DIN 73378, (PA 12-HIPHL, Type 3), ISO/DIN 7628-1 (PA 12-HIP, EHL, Type 3) and SAE J844. VESTAMID® X7070 is distinguished by an easy processing as well as by a high impact strength at low temperatures. Properties of compounds based on PA 12 vary little with changing humidity due to low moisture absorption. Parts made of this semi-crystalline material are characterized by exceptional impact strength, low coefficient of friction and good chemical resistance.

VESTAMID® X7099 BK V307171 is a PA 612 resin especially developed for the production of plastic-rubber composites. Parts made from VESTAMID® X7099 BK V307171 can be, without the use of adhesives or adhesion promoters, covulcanized with rubbers, such as XNBR, HNBR, AEM or FPM ("direct-bonding to rubber"). As a partially crystalline resin VESTAMID® X7099 BK V307171 exhibits an outstanding chemical resistance, especially against fuels, oils and fats. In comparison to resins based on PA 66 or PA 6 VESTAMID® X7099 BK V307171 has a distinctly lower water absorption. Pigmentation may affect values.

VESTAMID® X7166 NC is a heat stabilized PA 12 compound containing a non-migrating flame retardant, free of halogen and phosphorus. Tested according to UL94, VESTAMID® X7166 complies with the flammability class V-2. Due to the halogen- and phosphorus-free flame retardants, VESTAMID® X7166 is especially suitable for the electronic and cable industry. VESTAMID® X7167 NC is a heat stabilized PA12 compound containing a non-migrating flame retardant, free of halogen and phosphorous. VESTAMID® X7167 NC complies with the requirements of FAR 25.853 or ABD 0031. The absence of halogens and phosphorous makes VESTAMID® X7167 NC especially suitable for interior parts in aircrafts, railways and ships.

VESTAMID® X7229 NC is a heat-stabilized and plasticized PA 12 compound containing a non-migrating flame retardant, free of halogen and phosphorus. VESTAMID® X7229 NC complies with the requirements of FAR 25.853 or ABD 0031. Due to the halogen- and phosphorus-free flame retardants, VESTAMID® X7229 NC is especially suitable for interior parts in aircrafts, railway vehicles and ships. VESTAMID® X7373 is an easy mold release and heat stabilized compound. Due to its highly effective mold release agents, VESTAMID® X7373 is suitable for the efficient production of injection molded parts with very short cycle times. VESTAMID® X7373 is additionally nucleated to reduce the cycle time even further and/or to reduce the shrinkage. VESTAMID® X7393 is high viscosity, plasticized, impact modified, heat- and light stabilized polyamide 12 compound for flexible tubing and hoses for the automobile industry according to DIN 73 378 and DIN 74 324,Type PA 12-PHLY. Parts made of VESTAMID® X7393 are characterized by optimized cold temperature impact resistance for the extrusion of semi-rigid tubing with increased burst pressure resistance as well as exceptional low coefficient of friction and good chemical resistance.
