HD-9856B is a HDPE blow molding resin designed for high performance packaging applications. Containers made from HD9856B exhibit a unique combination of stiffness and environmental stress cracking resistance. These properties, coupled with excellent processability on both continuous and intermittent equipment, afford significant lightweighting and/or fast-cycling potential in many applications. HD-9856B does not contain any antistat.

HMA 014 is a UV stabilized HDPE grade, characterized by excellent dimensional stability, high stiffness and high impact strength.

HMA 016 is a HDPE grade, characterized by fast cycling and good impact strength. It has high gloss and high dimensional stability.

HMA 018 is an easy flow HDPE grade, characterized by high gloss and dimensional stability.

HMA 025 is a HDPE grade, characterized by excellent dimensional stability, impact strength and very high stiffness.

HMA 035 is a UV stabilized HDPE grade, characterized by excellent dimensional stability, very high stiffness and good impact strength.

HPA 020HD5 is a high molecular weight HDPE resin, characterized by an excellent balance of rigidity, ESCR and impact strength.

HPA 020HD5 is a HDPE grade for Medium/High Voltage power cable jacketing. The grade should be used in blends with LLDPE to improve Environmental Stress Crack Resistance (ESCR). Sufficient Carbon Black or UV stabilizer should be added to meet cable jacketing specifications.

HTA 001HD5 is a high molecular weight HDPE film grade. Films made from HTA 001HD5 exhibit excellent impact and toughness properties as well as high stiffness.

HTA 001HP5 is a high molecular weight HDPE film grade providing very good processability on high output extruders. Films made from HTA 001HP5 exhibit excellent impact and toughness properties as well as high stiffness.

HTA 002HD5 is a general purpose medium molecular weight HDPE grade, characterized by easy processability, especially in coextrusion and blending with other polyolefins. LD 100.BW is a LDPE grade, offering a good balance of optical and mechanical properties.

LD 100BW is a LDPE containing low antioxidants suitable for the production of LV and MV crosslinked insulation using the 1-step or 2-step silane technology. Through in-house compounding it can also be used in Medium Voltage peroxide cross-linkable insulation. Sufficient antioxidant and Cu-inhibitor should be added to meet specific ageing requirements.

LD 101BA Wire & Cable is a non-stabilized LDPE, designed for the production of Medium/High Voltage insulation using the direct peroxide addition. For cleanliness reasons, the material is specially controlled through on-line optical control systems. Sufficient antioxidant should be added to meet specific ageing requirements.

ExxonMobil™ LDPE LD 102.LC is a formulated homopolymer, garmet film resin with good toughness. It is capable of being drawn-down to thin gauges.

ExxonMobil™ LD 103 resins are homopolymer industrial film resins with excellent toughness. LD 103 resins have a low melt index, which provides good impact strength and melt strength over a range of gauges.

LD 104BR is an LDPE grade, which offers good optical properties combined with increased stiffness.

These resins can be processed in either blown or cast film equipment. In blown film equipment LD 105.30 and LD 105.DS resins can be drawn down to 1.0 mil gauge.

ExxonMobil™ LD 117 are homopolymer film resins with good clarity and excellent stiffness. Film made from LD 117 resins can be used in overwrap applications and in push-through type packaging equipment. With a narrow die gap, film produced from LD 117 resins can be drawn down to 1.0 mil gauge.

ExxonMobil™ LD 123.LN blown film grade offers an excellent balance of optical and strength properties for general purpose clear film applications.

ExxonMobil™ LDPE LD 129.DS is a medium density homopolymer resin with good clarity and excellent stiffness. Films made from LD 129.DS resin can be used in overwrap applications and in push through type packaging equipment. LD 129.DS resin is suitable for processing in either blown or cast film equipment.

ExxonMobil™ LD 136.MN is a homopolymer film resin with good clarity. The resin is suitable for processing on blown film equipment.

ExxonMobil™ LDPE LD 143.DJ is a homopolymer packaging film resin with excellent clarity and good stiffness. LD 143.DJ resin is suitable for processing in either blown or cast film equipment. In blown film equipment LD 143.DJ resin can be drawn down to 1.0 mil.

LD144BR is an LDPE grade, which offers excellent optical properties combined with increased stiffness and drawdown properties.

LD 150 series are LDPE grades, offering good blend mechanical properties and stiffness. Several additive packages are available according to the required surface properties.
