Aclam® TC100 is a low temperature heat sealable lamination composed of a 2 mil (50µ) polyolefin heat seal layer and a 4 mil (100µ) proprietary Aclar® 11C film layer.

Aclam® TC200 is a low temperature heat sealable lamination composed of a 2 mil (50µ) polyolefin heat seal layer and an 8 mil (200µ) proprietary Aclar® 11C film layer.

Active Plus™ PA17L is a flourinated processing aids masterbatch which design to use with polyolefin based polymer and also effective for many other applications which require a smoothen surface. PA17L creates lubricity coating on the metallic surfaces of processing equipment like barrel and die surfaces. The coating decreases the friction between molten resin and die wall then resulting in surface defects (shark skin and melt fracture elimination).

Active Plus™ SB31L is a Slip & Antiblock masterbatch which specifically designed to use with Polyolefins. It has an optimal ratio between Slip agent and Antiblock agent. The synergized effect from both substances results in a significant improvement in openability.

Carbon Black MB Description ADBON 9311 is a stabilized polyolefin based masterbatch highly contains Carbon Black together with an antioxidant package offering optimum thermal protection and easy of dilution. It is designed for general usage specially in injection molded parts, mono & multilayer Poly Olefin film, sheet extrusion & etc. Due to the special formulation & fine carbon black used in ADBON 9311, it offers excellent dispersion, high opacity & good resistance to UV exposure. Application ADBON 9311 is designed for ease of dilution and homogeneous mixing and is therefore suitable for direct addition using automatic dosing units or by pre-blending. Depending on the application it can be used from 1 to 6%.

Mineral MB Description ADFIL 230 is a polyolefin based concentrate containing a special mineral component designed for use in PE film and sheet. It improves mechanical properties such as stiffness, falling dart impact, tear resistance with minimum negative effects on optical properties. So it might be applicable for transparent and/or glossy parts to improve productivity through down-gauging. Application ADFIL 230 is designed for ease of dilution and homogeneous mixing and is therefore suitable for direct addition using automatic dosing units or by pre-blending. Depending on the application and film / sheet structure it can be used from 5% to 25%.

Adflex 7634 XCP is developed for the central layer of tough, transparent co-extruded cast-film structures. It combines transparency with high softness, a very high toughness even at low temperatures and an excellent compatibility with other polyolefins. It does not contain any slip nor anti-blocking agents. Typical applications of the Adflex 7634 XCP are co-extruded cast-film for food packaging, hygiene applications, surface protection where the outside layer can be any polyolefin homo or copolymer.

Adflex 7635 XCP is a thermoplastic polyolefin, which is mainly used by our customers for the extrusion of blown film. It is also suitable for sheet extrusion. Adflex 7635 XCP features very high softness and very low modulus. It does not contain any slip or anti-blocking agents. Adflex 7635 XCP is used for the production of soft hygienic film and heavy duty film, as well as for the modification of LDPE or LLDPE to increase mechanical characteristics, puncture resistance, and to allow further downgauging. It can be easily processed on conventional LDPE or LLDPE blown film lines.

Adflex 7636 XCP is a reactor TPO (thermoplastic polyolefin) manufactured using the LyondellBasell's proprietary Catalloy process technology. It has been developed as an impact modifier for polypropylene to be used both in extrusion and in injection moulding applications. Thanks to its particular characteristics, it does not alter the transparency of the modified polypropylene (homopolymer or random copolymer). Adflex 7636 XCP exhibits a high softness and a low modulus, with a relatively high Melt Flow Index. It does not contain any slip nor anti-blocking agents. The grade is available in natural pellet form.

Adflex 7637 XCP is a thermoplastic polyolefin which has been developed for the extrusion or calendering of soft film. Adflex 7637 XCP can also be used as impact/toughener modifier of polypropylene homopolymer in extrusion applications. In strapping applications for instance, it notably decreases fibrillation and improves the processability of the film at high drawing ratios. Adflex 7637 XCP can be processed on any conventional PP extrusion line as well as on PVC calendars. It can also be blown on standard LDPE or LLDPE film lines.

Adflex KS311P is a reactor TPO (thermoplastic polyolefin) manufactured using LyondellBasell's proprietary Catalloy process technology. It is suitable for extrusion as well as injection molding and blow molding applications, including mechanical and decorative automotive parts requiring elastomeric type properties, like molded-in color automotive exterior components. The product is in fact used by our customers for applications with paintable and weatherable requirements, such as injection molded fascias, claddings, bumper covers, body panels, step pads, and air deflectors. Additional suitable stabilization is recommended to protect the resin during melt processing and throughout its useful life.

Adflex Q 200 F is a reactor TPO (thermoplastic polyolefin) manufactured using LyondellBasell's proprietary Catalloy process technology. Adflex Q 200 F features a fractional melt flow and a low modulus. It is selected by customers for use in extrusion applications. This resin is ideal for making soft hygienic or heavy duty films. It can also be used to modify LDPE or LLDPE resins in order to improve puncture resistance and other mechanical characteristics to allow futher downgauging. It contains no slip or antiblock. Due to the high molecular weight of Adflex X 101 H, high blend viscosity and good penetration values are obtained. Its structure is tailored to obtain easy dispersion and phase inversion in the bitumen blend. It can be blended with other transparent polyolefinic resins to improve the low temperature impact resistance maintaining the transparency of the film.
