Meanwhile it can absorb moisture 20% of its own weight, it can be used from 1 to 8%, however 3% is recommended. Use the mixture of this product within 24 hours and heat seal the opened bags immediately to keep its efficiency. Store in clean, dry and cool place, out of sun exposure not to exceed 6 months. It works by coating the internal surface of the extruder and die and thereby reduces the friction between the polymer and the metal. This leads to reduce or eliminate melt fracture, improved surface quality, clarity, gloss and reduced extruder head pressure which often allows higher output rates and/or reduces power consumption.
