Polypropylene Lumicene® M6823MZ is an isotactic form of copolymer polypropylene made via TOTAL proprietary metallocene catalyst technology. Applications: Lumicene® M6823MZ is a medium molecular weight material recommended for injection molding. However, due to its unique and interesting properties, other applications may exist. Processing: Lumicene® M6823MZ has a narrower molecular weight distribution than conventional polypropylene

Clarity – M8623KZ exhibits excellent clarity in molded parts. Impact – M8623KZ produces molded parts with improved impact in comparison to parts molded from conventional clarified random copolymers. Antistat – M8623KZ contains an antistat to help protect molded parts from dust accumulation. FDA – M8623KZ complies with all applicable FDA regulations for food contact applications. Applications – M8623KZ is recommended for injection molding housewares, caps and closures, packaging and other items requiring a balance of impact, clarity and easy mold release. Processing – M8623KZ resin processes on conventional injection molding equipment with typical melt temperatures of 390°F-450°F (200°C-232°C).
Lumicene® Polypropylene M8670 North America
Lumicene® Polypropylene M8670 is produced with TotalEnergies Petrochemicals and Refining proprietary metallocene catalyst technology. It offers exceptional optical performance and low residual content compared to standard isotactic polypropylene. Heat Sealable: M8670 produces films with excellent heat seal performance and outstanding optical properties. Recommended Applications: M8670 is designed for use as a surface and heat sealable layer in the production of coextruded films, biaxially oriented or cast, due to its excellent optics, very low extractables and good sealant properties. Processing: M8670 is a narrower molecular weight distribution product than conventional propylene copolymers. M8670 processes well on film extrusion equipment with typical melt temperatures of 390-450°F (200-232°C)

Lumicene® Polypropylene M9675 is an isotactic propylene copolymer produced via TotalEnergies proprietary metallocene catalyst technology. Heat Sealable: M9675 produces films with excellent heat seal performance and outstanding optical properties. Recommended Applications: M9675 is an excellent material for use as a heat sealable layer in production of coextruded biaxially oriented films due to its good processing, excellent optics, very low extractables, low seal initiation temperature and exceptional hot tack seal strength properties. Processing: M9675 is a narrower molecular weight distribution product than conventional propylene copolymers. M9675 processes well on film extrusion equipment with typical melt temperatures of 425-525°F (218-274°C).
