Glass Fiber Reinforced Polypropylene

This concentrate contains a high purity, fine particle size calcium carbonate in a polypropylene homo- polymer carrier. This product was designed to de- liver high stiffness and good heat deflection in thermoformed sheet applications. Suitable Applications: thermoformed sheet injection molding Environmentally Beneficial Calcium carbonate is a plentiful, natural mineral and can be used to effectively displace a significant portion of the petrochemical based component in the targeted application. The improved productivity and the lower energy consumption awarded by us- ing our concentrates all help to minimize the carbon footprint of the end product. Regulatory Compliance The ingredients in our concentrates are approved for use in direct food contact packaging and are heavy metals free making them compliant with reg- ulations such as California Proposition 65 and CONEG.

Hifax 0309 NH533 is an impact modified polypropylene, with high melt flow rate offering a good flexibility, high impact resistance, and good UV resistance. Product is available as a customized color matched, pellet form. This grade is delivered in NH533 color version.

"Hifax" 5519/1 is a PP/EPR-Blend, mineral filled, impact modified.

Hifax CA 12 A is a reactor TPO (thermoplastic polyolefin) manufactured using the LyondellBasell's proprietary Catalloy process technology. It is suitable for industrial applications where a combination of good processability and excellent softness is required. Hifax CA 12 A exhibits low stiffness, low hardness and good impact resistance. The material shows high compatibility to other polyolefins as well as to other soft plastics. Hifax CA 12 A is cross linkable. The grade is available in natural pellet form.

Hifax CA 721 GW is a flexible polypropylene resin used by our customers for waterproofing applications. It is manufactured using the LyondellBasell's proprietary Catalloy process technology. Hifax CA 721 GW membranes can be produced on slot die extruders, circular die (Blown film) extruders and on most of the calendering units. Hifax CA 721 GW is available in natural pellet form, and is UV light stabilised. Our customers use Hifax CA 721 GW to produce flexible membrane, fish pond liner, snow lagoon membrane, tunnel lining, water reservoir liner, floating cover, soil and waste sheet and flexible profiles. Hifax CA 721 GW is not intended for medical and pharmaceutical applications.

Hifax CA60A NA 598F ANTHRACITE is a reactor TPO (thermoplastic polyolefin) manufactured using the LyondellBasell's proprietary Catalloy process technology. It has been developed for industrial applications where a combination of good processability and excellent softness is required. Due to the high fluidity, Hifax CA60A NA 598F ANTHRACITE shows high compatibility to fillers and to flame retardant additives as well as to other polyolefins.

Hifax CB 131 G is a medium flow, high impact mineral filled Polypropylene designed for use in Automotive Exterior Applications.

Hifax CB 237 G is a 15% talc filled elastomer modified PP, with good flowability, excellent impact/stiffness balance, good scratch resistance and good UV resistance. This grade is delivered in customer customized colors, this Data Sheet is giving general properties, some of them may be slightly altered upon color selected. This grade is not intended for medical, pharmaceutical, food and drinking water applications.

"Hifax" EBS 153D NAT is a polypropylene compound suitable for extrusion process. The product has been specially designed for production of syntactic polypropylene. The product offers excellent impact and thermal resistance.

Hifax EKF 212 D high melt flow, halogen free flame retardant, UV-stabilized, filled, modified polypropylene resin has a unique balance of processability and weatherability. The product offers a good balance of high flexural modulus and good impact strength even at low temperature. Using common pre-treatment systems a good paintability is given if needed. It was designed for applications that undergo extended outdoor exposure. Typical applications by our ciustomers include residential siding panels. Hifax EKF 212 D is available in natural as well as custom coloured.

Hifax HSBM CB 1158G T 2065 is a talc filled impact modified polypropylene, with high melt flow rate and high impact resistance. Product is available as a customized color matched, pellet form. This grade is delivered in 2065 color version.

"Hifax" SP 179 is a medium melt flow, unfilled, UV stabilised polypropylene grade designed for injection moulding. The product exhibits a high impact strength at low temperatures and a medium rigidity. This grade is available in black and custom colour.

"Hifax" TKC 115X is a 30% mineral filled, impact modified polypropylene copolymer for injection molding. It combines excellent stiffness/impact balance, excellent dimensional staiblity, and very low shrinkage with good flowability properties. The grade has been specifically designed for molding of automotive painted exterior trim parts. The grade is available in black, pellet form.

PP/EPR-Blend, 30%mineralfilled, impact modified

PP/EPR-Blend, 20% mineralfilled, impact modified, with low shrinkage, low coefficient of thermal expansion and high flowability for painted bumpers and exterior applications.

Hifax TKC 618P BLACK is a talc filled impact modified polypropylene, with medium melt flow rate, low shrinkage offering a good impact/stiffness balance. Product is available as non color matched, black, pellet form.
