PP 3902 is a low flow polypropylene homopolymer resin available in pellet form. It is often used in general injection molding or extrusion applications, and is most frequently sold into raffia markets.

MED RCoPP 20905 is a resin intended for evaluation for use in Healthcare applications. This is a nucleated polypropylene homopolymer with a medium melt flow rate. Bormed HD810MO is specially formulated for production of articles which need to be sterilized with radiation (gamma and beta radiation). Tests on specimen radiated at 25 kGy have shown stability for 5 years when stored at room temperature. Material can also well be sterilised with ethylene oxide or steam.

MED RCoPP 20900 is is polypropylene random copolymer with high melt flow. Material is modified with a nucleating agent resulting in a fast crystallisation which gives possibilities for a fast cycle-time. Products produced from this resin are characterised with a very high transparency, high gloss and a good stiffness-impact balance. Material can be sterilised with ethylene oxide and steam.

MED RCoPP 20905 is a transparent polypropylene random copolymer, modified with a nucleating agent, suitable for articles which need post sterilisation with radiation. It is is characterized by easy processability, high transparency, high gloss and a good stiffness-impact balance. Products moulded from this grade and radiated with the dose of 25 kGy have a shelf-life of 5 years, if properly stored. Material can also be sterilised with ethylene oxide and steam.

Mettallocene Flake 1500 is an ultra high melt flow rate metallocene based homopolymer resin designed for meltblown nonwoven. Fabrics with superior barrier properties can be produced at reduced process energy demands.

Mettallocene Flake 1800 is a metallocene based homopolymer resin with an extremely high melt flow rate and very narrow molecular weight distribution. It is suitable for melt blown fibers as well as compounding extrusion applications. This material is available as a free-flowing, low dust granule (flake) resin. This product contains no peroxide or peroxide decomposition by-products. It is a low gas fading product. The very narrow molecular weight distribution and high degree of resin consistency promote finer fibers, enhanced fiber filament thread line continuity as well as reduced fly and lint in melt blown spinning processes. Its extremely high melt flow rate allows reduced processing temperatures and energy savings. This is a low smoke, clean running resin with good thermal and processing stability.
