Inspire® 114 EU Performance Polymer is a Propylene based resin very suitable for extrusion applications including blown films, sheets, profiles, pipes and blow molded containers. Inspire® 114 EU Performance Polymer has an excellent balance of high stiffness and impact resistance, even at low temperatures. Inspire® 114 EU Performance Polymer combines outstanding mechanical properties with superior processability due to its high melt strength delivering improved sag properties compared to conventional polypropylenes. BRASKEM Inspire® 137 Polymer is a high molecular weight resin offering excellent melt stability in blown film manufacturing, low level of inhomogeneity and high impact performance also at minus temperatures. Processing conditions: BRASKEM Inspire® 137 is easy to process with common extrusion equipment with conditions depending on the type of extrusion conversion technology applied. Recommended melt temperature range from 200 to 230°C. INSPIRE™ 153 Europa
Braskem Inspire®153 is a Polypropylene impact copolymer developed for injection molding and extrusion. It has been designed to offer an excellent balance of processability, stiffness and impact strength, particular for such technical applications where hoop stress performance is required. Processing conditions: BRASKEM Inspire®153 is easy to process with common extrusion and injection molding equipment with conditions depending on the type of extrusion or injection molding conversion technology applied. Recommended melt temperature range for injection molding from 210 to 260°C and in extrusion from 200 to 230°C. BRASKEM Inspire® 215 PerformancePolymer is a homopolymer resin for sheet extrusion and subsequent thermoforming. BRASKEM Inspire®215 Performance Polymer has been specifically designed for applications requiring a superior stiffness/impact balance, high temperature resistance, excellent optical performance (clarity, gloss) and organoleptic properties. Processing conditions: BRASKEM Inspire® 215 is easy to process with common extrusion equipment with conditions depending on the type of extrusion conversion technology applied. Recommended extrusion temperature from 220 to 250°C; pre-heating temperature: 100 to 110°C; sheet temperature before forming: 150 to 154°C.
