Extron® 100 GF HS Asia Pacific
Extron 100 GF HS is a 10% glass fibre reinforced homopolymer polypropylene compound. It is a low flow injection moulding grade developed for components requiring high heat deflection temperatures and low moulding shrinkages. It is stabilized to meet automotive heat ageing requirements of 500hrs at 150°C.
Extron® 100/2 GF Asia Pacific
Extron 100/2 GF is a 10% glass fibre reinforced homopolymer polypropylene compound. It is a medium to high flow injection moulding grade developed for components requiring high heat deflection temperatures and low moulding shrinkages.
Extron® 200 GF HS 70104 Asia Pacific
Extron 200 GF HS 70104 is a 20% glass fibre reinforced homopolymer polypropylene compound. It is a low flow injection moulding grade developed for rigid components requiring high heat deflection temperatures and low mould shrinkages. It is stabilized to meet automotive heat ageing requirements of 500hrs at 150°C and contains a high loading of a fine particle size carbon black to provide good long term UV protection.

EXTRON 200 GFS HSE is a glass fibre reinforced polypropylene compound. It has been stabilized to meet heat aging requirements of 1000 hours at 150°C.

Extron® 3007 FC Asia Pacific
EXTRON 3007 FC is a 30% glass fibre reinforced polypropylene compound. It is a medium flow injection moulding grade developed for components requiring a combination of high rigidity, low shrinkage and improved creep resistance. It has been manufactured in accordance with Australian Standard AS 2070-1999 "Plastic Material for Food Contact Use". The ingredients used in this formulation are referenced in the US Code of Federal Regulations, Volume 21, parts 170-199.

It is a medium to high flow injection moulding grade developed to give components increased flexibility over standard glass mineral grades while still maintaining good rigidity and high heat deflection temperatures. Dimensional stability and surface appearance should also be better than that achieved with straight glass filled compounds. It has been stabilized to meet automotive heat aging and interior weathering requirements.
