This material has been developed for the striping and jacketing of PE100 pressure pipe. The different colours are based on PE100 resin and are formulated and compounded in accordance with AS/NZS 4130:2009.This requires the inclusion of UV and anti-oxidant stabilizers necessary to protect the stripe or jacket over an extended period. A selection of colours are available as per the Industry Guidelines produced by PIPA Ref POP 004.

Polycomp 6054 HS 9444 Black is a medium to high flow polypropylene compound with a very good impact/rigidity balance. It is stabilized to resist degradation at elevated temperatures and continuous outdoor weathering. It is suitable for various injection moulding applications.

POLYCOMP CB 30 UVH is a very high flow, high crystaline unfilled polypropylene copolymer. It has been developed for applications requiring increased rigidty and good impact strength while maintaining the good surface appearance and the low SG of an unfilled material. The high MFI of this material will aid in tool filling, particularly of large or intricate parts. It has been stabilised for continuous outdoor weathering.
