Moplen 2000HEXP is a medium fluidity heterophasic copolymer development grade with an additivation suitable for injection moulding applications. It exhibits an outstanding impact performance, particularly at low temperature combined with a good processability. The resin is particularly designed for injection moulding applications where very high impact performance is critical. Moplen 2000HEXP can be used in luggage, closures and as an ideal base material for technical compounding. It is not intended for medical and pharmaceutical applications.

Moplen 2152HOXP is Basell's latest innovative core development grade, specifically designed for very high speed production of BOPP films. It can be used in plain and coex film structures, providing an easy film stretchability, an improved thickness profile and very good compatability with the skin layer resin. Moplen 2152HOXP shows an excellent processability / film properties balance and good film optics. Moplen 2152HOXP does not contain any slip or antistatic agents and it is Calcium Stearate free. The product is suitable for metallization purposes. Typical applications are packaging of foodstuffs, cosmetics and videocasettes. LyondellBasell Australia's Polypropylene Grade APD369 is a medium flow mini-random copolymer with a modified molecular weight distribution. APD369 has been specially formulated to impart excellent clarity and colour, with good flow properties. End use products typically made from APD369 include housewares.

Hifax BA238A is a non-filled block copolymer (TPO) manufactured by PMC under the license of LyondellBasell using the Spheripol process. Hifax BA238A is designed for injection moulding with very high impact strength. This grade is natural in pellet form. Typical applications are painted bumpers and automotive compound. Moplen Coat EP/60 BIANCO is a UV and thermal stabilized polypropylene copolymer, designed for extrusion. It is developed for continuous service at high temperature (to be designed case by case, but typically in the -20°C/+120°C temperature range for on-shore projects and up to +145°C for off-shore projects). This product offers good resistance to impact, indentation, environmental stress cracking, chemicals, fungi and bacteria, as well as good stiffness and low water absorption. This grade is available in white, in pellet form.

Moplen COAT EP/60 M BIANCO is a white, UV and thermal stabilized polypropylene copolymer, in powder form, to be applied onto polypropylene coating prior to water cooling process to improve the surface roughness. In order to get a rough surface, effective as anti-slip for concrete coating, a small, uniform amount of this product has to be applied using a spray gun, vibrator equipment or any other suitable system; indicative quantity to be applied is 40 - 80 g/m2. It is a high stabilized product suitable for pipeline operating temperature up to +145°C (off-shore projects).

Moplen D50G is a homo-polymer with a high molecular weight and outstanding mechanical properties. The product shows excellent process ability in extrusion applications and exhibits excellent long-term heat aging resistance. Moplen D50G is well suited for technical extrusion applications that require both high stiffness and high impact resistance. Typical applications include the extrusion of thick, heavy sheet for industrial applications, strapping, tubes, profiles and pipes. Moplen D50G is also used for the extrusion of thin sheet for thermoforming dairy tubs and other food packaging. Devlopmental Grade Moplen E120J is a polypropylene impact copolymer manufactured using the Spheripol process. This grade is known for its optimized balance of stiffness and toughness with high melt flow. Typical applications include injection molding of thin wall containers, food containers, applicances. It can also be used as base resin for producing compounds.

Moplen EF300N is a medium flow flake form copolymer for compounding applications. It offers a good stiffness/impact balance and has a fine and very regular particle size distribution. Moplen EF300N is designed for production of compounds and masterbatches. Typical applications are colour and additives masterbatches, mineral filled compounds and woodstock.

Moplen EP3307 is a high crystallinity copolymer polypropylene for injection moulding, designed for interior trim. The grade features an excellent balance of stiffness and impact resistance combined with high fluidity. The grade is UV stabilized for interior applications and is available in natural, pellet form.

Moplen EP 400H is an heterophasic copolymer especially developed for extrusion applications. Moplen EP 400H exhibits high stiffness, very high impact properties at room and sub-zero temperatures, good dimensional stability and excellent creep and deforming resistance. The main applications of Moplen EP 400H are thermoforming, corrugated board and extrusion blow moulding.

Moplen EP1006 is a heterophasic copolymer with medium flow, used in extrusion and injection molding applications. This grade is nucleated and characterized by a medium stiffness-impact balance also at low temperature combined with low stress whitening. The additive formulation provides a good heat aging resistance. Moplen EP1006 is typically used by customers requiring a high resistance to temperature degradation, in particular for battery cases and automotive components.

Moplen EP2838 is a heterophasic copolymer suitable for production of beverage closures using both compression and injection moulding technologies.
