TATREN HF 3 22 is a homopolymer intended for processing on high-speed BOPPF lines.Thanks to its special molecular structure it has broad processing window. Produced films have very good stiffness although TATREN HF 3 22 is very elastic during processing. This grade contains neither slip nor antiblocking agent and calcium stearate. TATREN HF 3 22 is characterised by very stable and uniform melt flow, very good adhesion to outer layers. It does not break during orientation and has excellent optical properties - low haze and high gloss. TATREN HF 3 22 is intended for production of monolayer and co-extruded biaxially oriented PP films (BOPPF) for food, flowers and textile packaging. It is suitable also for tobacco industry. Produced BOPPF are metallizable and show excellent mechanical properties. Its additive package and structure make this grade suitable for production of masterbatches for BOPPF, as well as for compounding. TATREN HF 3 22 is partially suitable for sheet extrusion and thermoforming applications.

TATREN HG 10 07 is a homopolymer of good processing stability and excellent spinning properties. It is characterised by broad processing window and it enables to process this grade by different processing technologies - fibres, cast film and injection moulding. TATREN HG 10 07 contains anti gas fading additive package. It contains neither slip nor antiblocking agent. TATREN HG 10 07 is intended especially for staple fibres production. It is also suitable for cast film production as core layer at co-extrusion and for injection moulding of sanitary equipments, caps, closures and small technical items. This grade is partially suitable for sheet extrusion and thermoforming applications and for compounding.

TATREN HM 50 46 is a controlled rheology homopolymer of high fluidity and narrow molecular weight distribution. This grade contains nucleating and antistatic agent. TATREN HM 50 46 is characterised by very good mechanical properties, good dimensional stability and excellent stiffness. It has higher crystallisation temperature which allows good de-moulding at higher temperature and shorter moulding cycles. TATREN HM 50 46 is intended for thin wall injection moulding of household and garden articles like containers, storage boxes, bowls, buckets, lids, trays, caps, boxes for food packaging, media boxes, flower pots, garden furniture and other general purpose articles. This grade can be used in mixtures with TATREN impact copolymers. Usage of TATREN HM 50 46 for compounding is possible as well.

TATREN HS 25 52 is a controlled rheology homopolymer of very narrow molecular weight distribution. Consistent processability, good colour and thermal stability, very low volatiles and low smoke make this grade suitable to be used for very demanding fibre applications. This grade contains anti gas fading additive package. TATREN HS 25 52 is intended to be used especially for production of non-woven (spun bond) fabrics weight of 14 – 50 g/m² for hygienic industry. Unique structure of this grade gives possibility to produce high strength spun bond fabrics while having a superior softness and excellent drapability. TATREN HS 25 52 can be used for production of spun bond fabrics intended for other than hygienic applications as well.

TATREN HT 25 11 is a controlled rheology homopolymer of very narrow molecular weight distribution. Consistent processability, good colour and thermal stability, very low volatiles and low smoke make this grade suitable to be used for very demanding fibre applications. This grade contains anti gas fading additive package. TATREN HT 25 11 is suitable for injection moulding of general purpose items, extrusion coating of PP fabrics and for compounding. TATREN HT 25 11 can be used also for undemanding textile applications.

TATREN HT 3 06 is a homopolymer of good processing stability and it can be processed at high throughput. Additive package of this grade provides low water carry over during production of tapes. TATREN HT 3 06 is characterised by exceptionally high mechanical properties and high stiffness. TATREN HT 3 06 is intended for production of high tenacity weaving tapes and monofilaments. It is well suitable to produce PP fabrics for big-bags production, carpet backing, ropes and marine ropes, twines etc. This grade can be used also for extrusion, sheet extrusion and thermoforming, injection moulding and compounding.

TATREN IM 100 85 is a reactor impact copolymer of exceptionally high fluidity and excellent processability. This grade contains nucleating and antistatic agent. TATREN IM 100 85 is characterised by excellent stiffness and good impact resistance. This grade has excellent organoleptic properties which makes it suitable to be used for food contact applications. TATREN IM 100 85 is intended especially for very high speed thin wall injection moulding of products where high stiffness and good impact resistance is required. Typical end products are household and garden articles like bowls, pails, storage boxes, trays, caps, closures, boxes for food packaging etc. This grade can be used in mixtures with TATREN homopolymer grades.

TATREN IM 12 59 is impact copolymer of good processing stability and medium fluidity. This grade contains nucleating agent. TATREN IM 12 59 is characterised by high stiffness which is well balanced by good impact resistance. This grade can be used for compounding as well.

TATREN IM 15 79 is a controlled rheology impact copolymer of good fluidity, excellent impact resistance at room temperature, very good impact resistance at minus temperatures and improved stiffness. This grade contains nucleating and antistatic agent. TATREN IM 15 79 is intended especially for injection moulding of heavy-duty products where very high impact resistance at room temperature combined with good stiffness is required. TATREN IM 45 54 is a high crystallinity impact copolymer of good processing stability and medium fluidity. This grade shows excellent organoleptic properties of the typical MOL in-reactor made grades. The improved polymer structure combined with the built-in additivation package gives potential for shorter cycle time and wall thickness reduction. This grade is additivated by nucleating and antistatic agent. TATREN IM 45 54 is characterised by very high stiffness with well balanced impact resistance. TATREN IM 45 54 is intended especially for thin wall injection moulding (TWIM) of products where high wall stiffness combined with good impact resistance is required – rigid food and non-food packages, hot-filled application, household articles, consumer goods etc. Another typical end products are buckets for paints and coatings, storage and transport containers, crates, garden furniture, flower pots, toys and different technical items. This grade is particularly suitable also for automotive applications.

TATREN IM 55 80 is a reactor impact copolymer of good processing stability and high fluidity. This grade contains very effective and modern nucleating agent which in combination with antistatic agent provides short cycles, good dimensional stability of final articles and good mould release in the injection moulding process. TATREN IM 55 80 is characterised by excellent organoleptic properties (low taste and odour), high stiffness/impact balance and good flow. TATREN IM 55 80 is intended especially for high speed thin wall injection moulding of products where good impact resistance is required. Typical end products are different household and garden articles like bowls, pails, storage boxes, trays, caps, closures, boxes for food packaging, toys etc. This grade can be used in mixtures with TATREN homopolymer grades. TATREN IM 55 80 is well suited for LFT technology to produce sound insulation car parts by compression moulding. This grade can be used for compounding as well.

TATREN IM 6 56 is impact copolymer characterised by excellent long term heat stability. Its high stiffness is well balanced by very good impact resistance. It contains antistatic agent. TATREN IM 6 56 is intended especially for injection moulding of car parts, auto battery cases mainly. This grade is suitable also for injection moulding of transport and storage containers, water tanks, household and garden articles, wall fasteners, toys, household appliances and other technical items where good impact/stiffness balance supported by long term heat stability is required. TATREN IM 6 56 is suitable for compounding as well.

TATREN IM 75 81 is a reactor impact copolymer of good processing stability and excellent flowability. This grade contains very effective and modern nucleating agent which in combination with antistatic agent provides short cycles, good dimensional stability of final articles and good mould release in the injection moulding process. TATREN IM 75 81 is characterised by excellent organoleptic properties, high stiffness/impact balance and good flow. TATREN IM 75 81 is intended especially for high speed thin wall injection moulding of products where good impact resistance is required and for products of complicated shapes. Typical end products are different household and garden articles like bowls, pails, storage boxes, trays, caps, closures, boxes for food packaging, toys etc. This grade can be used in mixtures with TATREN homopolymer grades. TATREN IM 75 81 is well suited for LFT technology to produce sound insulation car parts by compression moulding. This grade can be used for compounding as well.

TATREN RM 45 55 CLEAR is a reactor random copolymer of excellent processing stability and high fluidity. It contains unique and very effective clarifying agent and antistatic agent. TATREN RM 45 55 CLEAR is characterised by excellent transparency and high gloss. Because it is a reactor grade it has excellent organoleptic properties which make it suitable for demanding food contact applications. TATREN RM 45 55 CLEAR is intended for thin wall injection moulding of products where high clarity and low haze is required - video and DVD boxes, food packages, cups, closures, household articles etc. Thanks to used additive package it can be processed at significantly lower temperatures and gives potential for cycle time reduction.

TATREN RM 60 57 is a controlled rheology random copolymer of excellent processing stability and high fluidity. It contains unique and very effective clarifying agent and antistatic agent. TATREN RM 60 57 is characterised by good transparency, high gloss and good organoleptic properties. TATREN RM 60 57 is intended for thin wall injection moulding of products where good clarity and low haze is required - video and DVD boxes, food packages, cups, closures, household articles etc. Thanks to used additive package it can be processed at significantly lower temperatures and gives potential for cycle time reduction. TATREN RM 60 57 is suitable for food contact. The product complies with Food Contact Regulations. The grade is suitable for manufacturing of pharmaceutical packing-product.

TATREN RM 85 82 CLEAR is a reactor random copolymer of excellent processing stability and very high fluidity. It contains unique and very effective clarifying agent and antistatic agent. TATREN RM 85 82 CLEAR is characterised by excellent transparency and high gloss. Because it is a reactor grade it has excellent organoleptic properties which make it suitable for demanding food contact applications. TATREN RM 85 82 CLEAR is intended for thin wall injection moulding of products where high clarity and low haze is required - video and DVD boxes, food packages, cups, closures, household articles etc. Thanks to used additive package it can be processed at significantly lower temperatures and gives potential for cycle time reduction.

TATREN TPO 12 76 is a controlled rheology extra high impact resistance thermoplastic polyolefin with exceptional impact properties even at low temperatures. It is a grade of medium fluidity and contains nucleating agent. TATREN TPO 12 76 is characterised by exceptionally high impact resistance even at minus temperatures and very good impact/stiffness balance. TATREN TPO 12 76 is intended especially for compounding and subsequent injection moulding of products where excellent impact resistance at minus temperatures is required. This grade is intended to be used in automotive industry. In regard of extra high impact properties of the grade it is very often not necessary to add any rubber modifier for the purpose to increase impact behaviour for heavy applications. When used in blends it also allows usage of higher portion of regranulates while there is not deterioration of impact properties, which makes this grade to be economically very attractive raw material.
