POYAD AS101 can eliminate quickly electrostatic charges in the surface of the BOPP film by high absorption of moisture and increase of the conductivity. It exhibits good heat stability and long term efficiency. As POYAD AS101 contains a migrating agent, the printing properties might be slightly affected. So prechecking of printing and sealing of the final film should be considered. Application POYAD AS101 is designed for ease of dilution and homogeneous mixing and is therefore suitable for direct addition using automatic dosing units or by pre-blending. Depending on the application, type of base resin, thickness of the film and humidity of environment it can be used from 4 to 8% in core layer. It should be stored in a dry and cool place not to exceed 6 month.

Clarifying MB Description POYAD CR102 is an advanced performance nucleating/clarifying masterbatch based on homopolymer polypropylene. This product is designed to efficiently increase the rate of crystallization to yield finished articles with excellent mechanical and optical properties include increased transparency, gloss, flexural modulus, heat deflection temperature and thermal stability in film, sheet and molding applications. It can also improve injection molding cycle times. Application POYAD CR102 is designed for ease of dilution and homogeneous mixing and is therefore suitable for direct addition using automatic dosing units or by pre-blending. Depending on the application it can be used from 1 to 4% in PP Homo and Random Co-polymer sheet, bottle and injected parts.

Slip / Anti-block MB Description POYAD SB131 is a PP based master batch containing a blend of a migration slip agent and a special anti block agent. It's designed for use in manufacturing of cast and blown PP film and sheet where the end product requires slip and anti-block characteristics. The slip additive migrates to the film/sheet surface relatively slowly, thus reducing potential problems during sealing and printing. Due to its specialized anti-block it has almost no effect on haze and gloss. Application POYAD SB131 is designed for ease of dilution and homogeneous mixing and is therefore suitable for direct addition using automatic dosing units or by pre-blending. Depending on the film/sheet thickness (the thicker film needs less addition level), extrusion condition, application and existence of other additives it can be used from 0.5 to 2%.

Containing high purity agent, POYAD SL101 exhibits good heat stability and long term efficiency and any negative characteristics of film such as discoloration, odor and contamination will be avoided. As POYAD SL101 contains a migrating agent, the printing properties might be slightly affected. So prechecking of printing and sealing of final film should be considered. Application POYAD SL101 is designed for ease of dilution and homogeneous mixing and is therefore suitable for direct addition using automatic dosing units or by pre-blending. Depending on the application, type of base resin, film thickness and desired slip properties it can be used from 0.5 to 3% in core layer. It can be combined with AntiStat MB in core layer and AntiBlock MB in skin layers. It should be stored in a dry and cool place not to exceed 6 months.

Viscosity Modifier MB Description POYAD VM111 is a PP based concentrate contains a special viscosity modifier agent that reduce melt viscosity of polypropylene meanwhile narrow the molecular weight distribution. POYAD VM111 is only applicable in PP based processing that need high melt flow rate such as In Mold Labeled parts (IML) and Melt Blown Fibers. Application POYAD VM111 is designed for ease of dilution and homogeneous mixing and is therefore suitable for direct addition using automatic dosing units or by pre-blending. Depending on the application, type of base resin and process condition it can be used from 0.5 to 2%. A study shows using 0.5% of POYAD VM111 increasing MFI more than 4 times and rising dosage to 1%, increases MFI up to 6 times. The effect depends on initial MFI, process temperature and existence of other chemicals. It should be stored in a dry and cool place (max 25°C) not to exceed 6 months.
